Excellent welcome from the two receptionist at my arrival at the night time. Super Capuccino in the morning

The location is very convenient, right next to the waterfront and to a mall, located in the basement level. The room is spacious and well equipped, the TV had free English movies and the best part was the free Laundry detergent with free washing machine and dryer. The staff were nice and showed us to our room and to the washing machine area. Will definitely come back again. 

The place and location are nice. Many bars are nearby to have fun. There is no windows in the room and too dark only.

The hotel was conveniently located and the room was excellent. The staff were friendly and we were able to communicate using an electronic translator.

Location is 1 of the best: next to Suzhou Centre, metro station and Jinjiang Lake. Multitude of food and beverage options, supermarket and convenience shop. Morning breakfast spread was a delight, with interesting /different dishes every day. 💪🏽😊

Convenient location directly at the subway to yuanqu train station and downtown, and right on jinji lake. Room was clean and fully functional. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful (but no English spoken at all!). Internet Access required Chinese phone number.

Hotel staff were very receptive and the room was clean enough. The location is very good as it is right around the Suzhou center and easily accessible with the availability of subway lines. I will recommend for people who will like to explore the center of Suzhou.

Amazing location and very close to the subway line 1 and 3.

The hotel offers a bed and complimentary breakfast of excellent quality. It is an underground bunker style good for cold winter and hot summer visits with excellent AC system. Downside is no windows for obvious reasons but dummy windows to give you the feeling of a real room with windows. Quick comfy bed at a manageable rate. Be prepared to outsource lunch and dinner from nearby restaurants or online delivery service. Located on the beautiful shores of Jinji Lake, Suzhou, nice for morning, daytime and evening walks.

I often stay here since it’s so close to the pants tower, starbucks and suzhou mall and night club. Location is amazing and price is reasonable. Not much amenities but it’s a budget hotel so.
