The receptionist is very nice and provide really good services for us. The room is clean and the amenities inside is well prepared

Very large room with lots of space. The beds were comfortable. The room has a projector and entertainment system. It was great to watch a movie after a busy day sightseeing. Some of the movies were in English. We only stayed a night but would have stayed two if it wasn't booked out. The hotel is in a very good location near Guanqian Street and Pingjiang Road. We were on the third floor. There was no elevator if you have alot of luggage something to consider. I would stay here again.

Central location, very convenient to explore the city center

The staff was nice and friendly, and the room is nice. However, the place did not have an elevator but the staff offered to bring up our luggages for us. We were able to watch many movies as well. Overall very worth it at the price point!

A beautiful hotel, just in the city center. Nice view and good service. A specially loved the balcony 😍 had a great 520 in this hotel

Loved this little hotel.

The location is good and the room was a decent size, but that’s about it. Although the hotel is advertised as having parking you have to park in a public lot about 200m away for ¥40 per day. The room wasn’t very clean and the toilet got blocked daily. The balcony is small, and for some reason there was only 1 (swinging) chair on the balcony for a double room. The shower and toilet had hairs in it, and only small amenities. There is also no fridge in the room.

Very well located near guanqian road, the room is spacious and perfectly clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful, I highly recommend

This was my first time in Suzhou. The cloud hotel is perfectly situated downtown and super close to the metro. It’s in walking distance of many gardens, and you can access the lake quickly from the subway. The street is seemingly charming and there’s a variety of business and historical around. I stayed on the 3rd floor with a bathtub and a gorgeous view. The room was all white with a projector. Kettle available. Daily ayi service. The front desk staff is friendly and there is the sweetest cat 小猫 in the lobby. Foreign friendly. They will ask you for your 苏州 green code and your latest negative Covid test. I would stay again. It was a homely vibe for appropriate price.

看照片時一眼相中的民宿，清明假期住有點小貴，但走進房間後覺得沒白來，真是太喜歡這個清爽的裝修風格和飄窗窗台了！坐在飄窗邊就覺得心情很放鬆很舒適，窗外風景很好，床品也很乾凈柔軟，還有漂亮綠植點綴。 屋內設施比較簡單但該有的都有，浴巾等等都提供了一次性的。 缺點是隔音略差，隔壁房間電視聲響傳過來很吵，睡眠不好建議前台拿耳塞。地理位置也一般，剛好在兩個地鐵站的中間地帶，去哪都得走一陣。民宿沒有電梯，不太適合行李多的人。 友情提示，睡前一定要把滅蚊燈插上！

房間很乾凈，臨街但不吵，出門很方便。這次三天帶爸媽去拙政園獅子林蘇州博物館還逛了觀前街平江路，都很方便。老闆很客氣，還有喵管家很親人，大清早在我們門口等候服務。一開門就進來串門拉。很棒，除了沒有電梯（不過老闆會幫你拿行李上下樓），其他都很好。

靠近觀前街，啞巴生煎（好吃）。可以免費寄放行李。隔壁還有理髮店能夠洗頭。住1晚剛好。衹是沒有電梯，3樓就有點累。哈哈
