Very nice and clean hotel. Location is conveniently placed around the main attractions as well. There is also a very good and cheap eatery just opposite the hotel for easy access. The receptionist and staffs were kind and friendly, they even helped us store our luggages when we came early and had them already delivered to our room by the time we are back at the hotel. Definitely would recommend this hotel and would rent here again if I visit Suzhou again.

Service was excellent! Although sometimes the counter staff is not around, once you managed to check in the hotel, they help us carry our luggage up to our rooms and when we are checking out as well. They also asked us to add their Wechat if we have any question or help during our stay. When we order in from outside, the counter staff also helped us deliver the food to our door step :) Hotel is also very clean although we can hear the noise outside in our room, but we still had a good sleep + there is no lift, so heavier luggage might be a problem. Bath tub takes awhile for the water to rise (2-3 hours)

Good service and good location. Walkable distable 15min to Su Zhou Museum. And nearby have alot of restaurant. The counter boy is very helpful. He helped us carry heavy luggages to 2nd floor. I will stay again when I visit again.

Location was perfect. One metro stop away from the Suzhou Main station. 3 mins walking distance to Bei Si Ta. In terms of convenience there is plenty of local eateries around the area and it’s within 20 minutes walking distance to the Humble Administration garden and the Suzhou museum. The receptionist, was super helpful and great in giving recommendations on things to do and eat. Pretty fantastic service overall around the clock. Do make sure that if you’re too lazy to plan your own itinerary in Suzhou, feel free to write in to the hotel first since they can also provide you some reccs before you arrive. Cleanliness is one of the best I would say - comparable to some international 4 star hotel. For the price and service it is the best home stay I’ve been at.

Very convenient location, right next to metro station and Beisita, very near also to the train station. Very safe location, doors has a locker already from the main street. Helpful staff (they carried our luggage up to the stairs), nice communication, convenient check out time (at 12). Clean and bright room, wide windows. I will recommend it to all my friends who will go to Suzhou.

The hotel is just opposite the subway station, and the bus stop is just in front of the homestay, just 1 stop from Suzhou station , super convenient location. The owner was helpful and also recommended us a local restaurant which is good and cheap. The room is clean and spacious with good interior, The bathtub is big, the room is facing the road, but the soundproof is good. Overall we are happy for our Suzhou trip

The owner was very helpful with our luggage’s. I would like to suggest that the check out time to be 14:00 as sometimes it difficult to check out on time when traveling with a small baby. We had a great time here.

Nice and great services

It is well located, not far from train station. If you want to visit Suzhou, you can easily commute to different places by using the subway. Hotel is really nice and design. Rooms are large, very well furnished and equipped. Landlord is always available by WeChat, but it wasn't really easy to get access to the hotel without calling the hotel or having internet (which we haven't at that time). We've been upgraded, thank you again !

Clean room and cozy! Like that there’s so much to do and conveniently located to Bei Si Ta Metro Station, and walkable distance to the tourist spots. There’s a famous dumpling shop opposite the hotel too and the food is super tasty. Bed is abit small for 2 pax, but can perfectly fit 2 pax in the room we chose. Appreciated the staff support the most, helping with our luggage and giving so many helpful suggestions and recommendations.

Very attentive and helpful staff. It's like a B&B. Very comfortable place and Metro is just opposite the road. Although no lifts but staff will help with the luggages.

The owner of this place is so friendly. We loved the service, they were very helpful and welcoming! The room is also so clean and comfortable.

Fantastic stay here. Service was good, PIC was friendly. Ask about local directions and food, he will recommend for us. Place was near MRT station. Very convenient. A lot of shops nearby.
