Luxian Light Luxury Inn recensioner

The owner was very helpful with our luggage’s. I would like to suggest that the check out time to be 14:00 as sometimes it difficult to check out on time when traveling with a small baby. We had a great time here.

It is well located, not far from train station. If you want to visit Suzhou, you can easily commute to different places by using the subway. Hotel is really nice and design. Rooms are large, very well furnished and equipped. Landlord is always available by WeChat, but it wasn't really easy to get access to the hotel without calling the hotel or having internet (which we haven't at that time). We've been upgraded, thank you again !

Walkable distance to different scenic areas and also very clean, beautiful room.

Impeccable service provided by the receptionist. He’s very warm, friendly and helpful. He responds almost instantly whenever we needed help. Location wise it’s right across 北寺塔 exit 1, it’s not within the tourist district but I feel that’s the plus point. It’s quieter. It’s 10mins walk to Suzhou Museun . There are many food surrounding the guesthouse and they are all yummy! We enjoyed our stay a lot! Will recommend this guesthouse to my friends!

Very central and close to the old town. A little difficult to find at first but we made it. Staff dont speak any english but we managed with a translation app.

Great location, and not far from the local tourist attractions! A little difficult to find the entrance, but the staff helped me find it in the end!

The location is very near . Very accessible . We enjoyed our stay one night. Looking forward to the next check in .

Receptionist is super helpful and thoughtful. As the weather turned cold, he offered us extra blankets to keep us warm! We loved the decoration and the names of the rooms as they are very poetic! Will recommend to stay!

Honestly, we booked the hotel for the cat! The room was spacious and enough for us 2 girls with our 2 huge luggage. It was also clean and comfortable. The host was also very nice and helpful throughout our stay. Things that could be improved are probably the hanger/hooks in the bathroom as we were having a hard time putting our towel and clothes while using the bathroom, and also Latin sign/English sign for hotel name on the building as we were so confused trying to find the hotel at the first time.

Location just 1 subway from suzhou train station. Luxian is located just opposite EXIT 1. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Reisdence cat "Dudu"is so cute. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Gave great advice on place of interests as well as nice food. Helped arrange courier services as well.

Great place, super comfortable and clean. The owner is nice (and chatty!) and was kind enough to upgrade our room. Extra recommended, because the house cat Dudu is very sweet, loves to play and cuddle, and just generally made the stay a 10/10.

Overall is good except soundproof need to be improved
