The hotel is spacious and comfortable. All but happy with the hotel. Just we encounter some incident with the staff who get annoy that some of us, some language barrier, one speaks english, one speaks mandarin.

The facilities in room are quite old-fashioned and the carpet has stains. The staffs are friendly and the breakfast was great. Very near to guanqianjie, nice location.

Hotel and it’s room are pretty dated. Some area in the bath room is dirty, especially the shower area. No exhaust fan in the bath room.

The hotel has a vintage charm, though showing signs of age. However, its remarkable soundproofing ensures a peaceful stay. With a prime location, exploring the city is convenient. On the downside, guests should note that food deliveries require collection from the lobby.

Air conditioning is insufficient, and it's very hot. The carpet is old and smelly. The room is located far from the elevator. Access to the rooftop swimming pool requires climbing.

I highly recommend The Wyndham Garden Suzhou Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It's an excellent choice for business travelers, couples, and families alike. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip! The staff at the hotel were exceptional. From the friendly front desk team to the attentive housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Hotel location is great near to metro and food street

Nice and helpful staff at reception and concierge. Very nice staff at the breakfast which is tasty . The hotel itself could do with some upkeep.. Bathroom fittings and basic wear and tear of flooring needs looking into.

A little bit old but pretty hotel with smiling and helpful staff.
