Awesome! Everything was perfect in my stay with my family. I arrived in the evening and was looking for dining options only to realise they serve dinner in the hotel so it was convenient. However, they mostly had sea food options so you can talk to the waitress to advise on other options available. It's also close to shopping malls where you can get restaurants. Checking in was fast and they only required to copy my passport together with my family's and voila! The room was spacious enough and they provided toiletries for occupants. You can be provided with an extra key in case you need. The hotel has a nice theme park indoors for kids, quite convenient for families and also have a swimming pool. They also have a luggage storage service and the front desk are bilingual - speaking English. Overall all was well for the one day stay.

It was a perfect place for solo travelers! I like the swimming pool area! There’s also a play area for kids!

Hotel is very clean. View is stunning especially at night. All amenities are kid friendly.

It’s a hotel with good location not far from shopping centre, Bar street and underground monorail. Cleaning to the room done daily, and the room is reasonably cleaned. Breakfast is the same everyday but the choice are quite reasonable.

My stay at the New City Grand Rezen Hotel was a memorable one. I was celebrating my birthday and had asked the hotel to decorate the room and such. They did an excellent job and even got me a cake. The hotel is of a modern design and very clean. The front desk staff are very accommodating and very respectful. The amenities are great, the ambiance of the hotel is great. I only wish the location of the hotel was in a central location.

My friends and I booked two twin bedrooms to stay for one night. The rooms and the bathroom were clean, most of the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The only issue we had was that a Chinese guest was taking photos of us (foreigners) in the swimming pool, even though we told her to stop. We reported her to the life guards since there's a rule that says 'No Photography'. They did absolutely nothing to the woman, who took many pictures of us in our swimsuits, and was even laughing with her. We complained to the manager who did absolutely nothing... no checking the cameras, no penalizing the guest. He simply believed the lady as if she was the only paying guest. If you're a foreigner, beware of the pool area.

帶娃出行看中了泳池分小童泳池和大人泳池，寶寶泳池温度高一些，還有很多救生圈，還提供備用泳帽。小童樂園也可以給娃放電。房間裏還有浴缸～~ 但是，小童泳池水位太低了！估計40cm都不一定有，根本遊不起來……一歲半的寶寶穿着救生圈都可以站在水裡，預期太高，所以落差太大。 然後就是被套上有兩點血跡…有點隔應…昨晚九點多帶娃入住，有點鬧覺所以沒有注意看，結果今天一早整個emmm… 最後就是所有遇到的服務人員態度還是很好的～

看到好評很多，也看到很多人都説是親子酒店裡不錯的。自己體驗了一把顯然不是。首先從設施而言，去過親子酒店不少，這家説實話沒有很出挑，沒有送玩具，也沒小童洗浴用品，連零食也沒有，真的和親子很不搭邊。整體房間有點老舊了設施並不是很好，親子屬性估計也是後續改造的。雖然都貼了防撞條但是有些地方還是會有危險，會有邊角的危險。服務有部分是不錯的，很熱情很客氣，包括小童樂園的服務也是可以的。但是我也想提一下，沒有管家服務，沒有人告知小童的活動的內容，還是酒店壓根沒有小童活動呢？就靠一個小童樂園真的不足以稱為親子酒店，酒店作為親子酒店差的還是有點遠的。還有一個我很不開心的是小朋友超過1.2m需要補早餐費用，説早餐成本很高，結果早餐真的很普通，本來朋友家也要過來一起住的，我一聽大小朋友不能擁有早餐還是讓他們住悦椿去了。早餐我附了圖片，連個三文魚都沒有，還能稱為海鮮，熱菜衹是潦草的蔬菜，真的看不出哪裡豪華了。

第一次入住這個酒店，服務態度非常好！特別適合親子遊玩✨首次體驗，滿分推薦！✨ 從步入大堂的那一刻起，就被這裏温馨的氛圍所吸引。前台工作人員的微笑服務讓人感覺賓至如歸。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，特別是為小朋友們準備的專屬用品，真是貼心至極！ 這裡有專為小朋友們設計的遊樂區，從滑梯到海洋球池到蹦床，孩子們可以盡情玩耍，釋放能量。 酒店周邊交通便利，靠近寒山寺，到哪裡都非常方便。 總之，這是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，無論是家庭出遊還是朋友聚會，這裏都是很好的選擇。
