Very friendly reception…Breakfast was decent but they don’t have much options. Room was clean and tidy. There is a mall across the street and Paradise Walk about 1.7km away where you can find many restaurants and stores.

The hotel was very good. The service included breakfast as well as laundry service. The people were very nice with us. the location was perfect. The staff always helped us resolve questions. The room was very clean

The hotel is in a great location in Suzhou because the subway station is just block away. The subway entrance is besides a big shopping mall, which has restaurants and a Starbucks.
The hotel has free breakfast and gym to workout.
Yes, I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Suzhou Changjiang, and it was a pleasant experience overall. I made a last-minute booking in the evening, and I must say that the reception staff was efficient and accommodating. They quickly processed my reservation and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to cleanliness, as it gave me confidence in the hotel's standards. The bed was comfortable, and the mattress provided a soft and cozy sleeping experience. My stay at Holiday Inn Express Suzhou Changjiang was a positive experience. The efficient reception staff made the check-in process seamless, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's location near Ben Q Hospital and a nearby mall further enhanced its convenience. I would recommend this hotel to those seeking a comfortable stay in Suzhou.

I had a great time at the hotel. Service was good 👍 It was clean overall but i found some hair on the nightstand. At 9:10 I went for breakfast and I didn’t find anything to eat 😁and sooooo many people in the line. And it was quite noisy.
