Everything is perfect. The staff is very professional and accommodating. The location is just 3 subway away from Suzhou railway station. The room is nice and comfy. They have a very soft bed and smells fresh. We had a good rest after having a long day exploring Suzhou. We'll definitely come back!.

Ok for the price.
Room has a peculiar layout but it work perfect for us, small but very spacious. Overall cleanliness ok, but some furniture was dusty, and the room could donwith a coat of paint.
The cleaning lady was kind and helpful, every morning with a smile! The staff at the front desk was nice, some didn't speak much English (or at all). We asked for a late check-out, that was easy, even with the language barrier.
Location was ok too. The building is on a main avenue, almost next to Guanqiang St (restaurants, shopping, night life), but maybe a bit far from Pingjiang Old Town. Metro Station is 2 minutes away, super convenient since is the line coming directly from the Train Station.

Nice location just next to shopping streets and restaurants. Very convenient. The room is small but they have big beds. Only issue during stay is the cugarrete smoke smell along hallway. But so far everything is OK.

Great hotel, very well located, very clean, bed comfortable and helpful staff. You can walk by at all sites of interest. Stayed for 3 nights and will come back at this hotel next time. I highly recommand to all who wants good price and quality.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location, the staff, and the facilities were all amazing. It was clean and fresh toiletries + water were provided everyday. It was the softest Chinese bed I have slept on and the air conditioning was great.

Location location location! So many pedestrian streets around. Located a short walk from Leqiao station exit 7. The layout of the room is odd but the bed is one of the softest I’ve ever slept on and felt great the next morning. Wifi was fast and staff was helpful. Facility was kind of old and walls could use a coat of paint.
