Hebo Hotel (Suzhou Jinji Lake Expo Center)

Great location Checking process is only though Wechat and in Mandarin but OK Overall good place

The hotel is more of a motel and is located on the 11th floor of an apartment building. There is not much signage to show where it is when you arrive. The entrance lobby to the hotel is filthy and smells of incense and the carpet is stained and dirty with ash and seeds. The room itself was ok but on closer inspection we found that the room had not been properly cleaned! There were old chocolate packages in one of the bedside tables and a sealed condom in the other. The toilet had an old ash tray with burnt out incense and a bottle with an unknown substance. And everything had a layer of dust on it. When the AC was on we could smell food being cooked on other floors. The entire stay we did not feel comfortable with getting our room cleaned because the cleaning was obviously not very thorough. There was also a holes where the door lock had been installed which was patched up with tape and the peep hole one the door couldn’t close. Great location but really not worth the money☹️

這次住宿真的是體驗最差的一次！！ 1.床墊啥也沒有，就鋪了一層薄薄的床單，硬的跟木板一樣，找前台解決，説墊子拿去洗了，酒店我還是提前2周預訂的，來住了也沒有處理這個床墊的問題，那就想着拿被子墊底下，説多餘的被子也沒有！！！服務之差！！ 2.窗簾也是壞的，搖搖欲墜！！ 3.進門的一瞬間，那股味道直沖天靈蓋，急着收拾一下要出門，就打開了窗，晚上回來的時候風颳進來很冷了，結果空調還不能自己控制！！10度都不到的天，衹能出冷風！！ 4.外面很大一片地在建樓，全是灰，一大早就開始噪音！！

位置：金雞湖附近，在湖對面，視野很好，去周圍景點比較方便，去市區打車20-30分鐘，在可接受的範圍內。 房間：19層的房間，正對金雞湖中心和摩天輪，夜晚開了燈非常好看。空間比較大，帶長者出來，他們很滿意。公寓型酒店的感覺，有洗衣機微波爐灶台冰箱，買菜自己開小灶也很OK。 服務態度：辦理入住的兩個小哥哥人很好誒，而且網上回復幾乎秒回，家人一直誇讚。

首先這不是酒店，是酒店式管理的公寓，價格是ok的，其次地理位置很好，就在金雞湖邊上，晚上能看到金雞湖美麗的夜景，最後老闆非常好説話，是那種萬事好商量的性格，衝著老闆的態度也可以打個五星好評
