Location is good very near to railway. delivery can send up by robot~ bed is clear and smooth bedsheet😍 light is dim

Service still can improve more, 服务态度有待进步. Cleanliness normal. Room normal.

Location: Excellent. Just opposite train station. Turn left upon exit, walk towards Starbucks and go up escalator. Corner of building with various hotels. Convenience: Excellent. Lots of eateries, malls, shops and transportation within mins of walking distance. Visibility: Good. Can see clearly along main road. Signage showing direction to hotel from train station. Service: Excellent for reception and house keeping. Amenities and Cleanliness: Good Room: spacious, smart and tastefully designed. Comfortable mattress and pillows for a good rest.

The hotel staff is nice and polite. They allow us to check in early before 12pm which is great. Room is pretty standard and clean. The location of orange hotel is always great because it's near the train station. Which makes it convenient to travel especially if you are in town for only a day or two.

Pretty good breakfast. Nice hotel. Location also convenient since it is close to metro and railway station.

The hotel is located about 2-minute walk to the right of the Suzhou Railway Station's north plaza.  It was raining on our day of arrival, so we were able to get to the hotel very quickly.  The staff are very helpful.  The facility is a little dated, but still a very good value for the price.  Due to its convenient location, we were able to leave our luggages after checking out and simply retrieve them right after our train out of Suzhou.  

Nice breakfast . Near to suzhou station easy to transfer . Breakfast simple but nice.

We needed a hotel very close to Suzhou train station. This is right next to the train station. Bed and shower was good. However there were connection issues with the TV, a quick phonecall and they sent someone promptly to resolve it.

The hotel is just next to Suzhou Railway Station where we could easily checkout and head to Shanghai from Suzhou. Hotel has basic amenities. We managed to check in early as we arrived much earlier

The hotel location is very good, just beside Suzhou Railways Station. The staff there is super friendly and helpful, we will definitely book again if we come to Suzhou.

This hotel is quite good, quite satisfying, especially the lady who helped us to check in and helped us to solve the air conditioning issues. She helped us a lot. The only thing to complain is the air conditioning.

Location next to the train station and metro station, north square side.Just a 5 minute walk to the train station.
