Fragrans Hotel recensioner

Good located, the hotel was clean and customer service was great, I would definitely stay again.

Do not confuse this with the more upscale fragran hotel across the street. This is more of a 3 star hotel and I would say slightly more expensive than it is worth. I think I paid about 50 dollars including tax in the summer month. It caters more to domestic population I think and the conditions could use some updating as it feels old. It is about 10 minutes from the subway station but a bit far from the main attractions

Good room condition

I am a solo traveler on a road trip. The location surely great and astonishing. Meantime, during my stay i met some challenge with the evening staffs, but gladly helped by the morning staffs including the morning baoan at that moment of time. Thanks to their morning cooperation the plan can go smooth and customer satisfaction increases a lot. Especially the nice morning drink.

非常滿意，衞生乾淨，房間也挺大的，窗台還有一套茶具哦，很有格調，外賣有機器人送上門，幾百米外有陸慕地鐵站，酒店早餐很好吃，酒店旁邊也有很多飯店

服務態度很滿意👍環境衞生整潔，設施齊全舒適，價格實惠，早餐質量上乘，會推薦給朋友們，有機會還會來訂這家酒店

這是我住過最迷你的套房，沒有之一，敢問店家？何來40㎡

馬路兩邊各一個斐利酒店，攜程訂的時候，一家有早餐，一家沒早餐，結果定了有早餐的那家，吃早餐要卻跑去攜程上顯示沒早餐的那家，不嫌客人麻煩嗎？

酒店性價比很高，前台還送了早餐，下次還會選擇

超級無敵！便捷度非常高！出門就是地鐵站！周邊還有許多美食！房間很舒適很乾凈！窗台還配備了小茶几和坐墊！以後會作為第一順位選擇！

房間很好，服務很好

房間設施老舊，電視機看不了，衹有模擬信號，很大雜音，但還比較乾淨，無異味。空調外機太吵，一夜震得沒睡好。

這個酒店其他都沒問題，就是洗手間水質和花灑的出水有問題。黃黃的水，足足放了30分鐘，連續2天都是這樣！但親戚家的房間不是這樣，就我房間是這樣！玩的很晚，想洗洗睡，遇到這種很不舒服。其他都滿意。
