JI Hotel (Suzhou Guanqian Street Chayuan Station) recensioner

The hotel is at the very good location. 5min walk to MRt station. Guanqian Street shopping area is just 10min walk, opposite of the hotel. We can shop and find many foods to eat. Short walk to Yi Garden. It's really recommended 👌

Great hotel regardless - location, service, room space & even breakfast. For sure will stay again if visit the same place. This hotel is kids friendly. My kids love it here.have washing machine

Wonderful experience with superb hospitality service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room with its smart AI, amenities and facilities are all great. Free laundry and dryer are a big bonus for us. Love that hot coffee is available 24/7. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

Hotel uses robots to do delivery to room. Enjoyed this feature the best when using **! Unfortunately booked a non smoking room, yet the room especially the toilet had strong cigarette smoke smell. And it was gotten worse on days where the floor that I stayed recked of cigarette smell the moment we stepped out of room or lift. Grateful to the cleaning staff and counter staff who listened to our feedback and made the room stay more bearable.

We checked out and left our luggages in the hotel lobby to head out for lunch. After lunch, we came back for our luggages and requested to use the restrooms. But we were told we need the room card to access the toilets and the receptionist told us to use the public toilet outside of the hotel a street down which was incredibly dirty. What an unpleasant end to our hotel stay! We were treated as outsiders the moment we checked out :(

Our first Ji Hotel in China and wont be the last. This hotel is easy to reach by metro. It is also across Guan Qian pedestrian street. Room and breakfast are all great. Lobby staff are friendly and helpful. We loved our stay in this hotel. This is highly recommended!

It’s really affordable and well maintained hotel. Very convenient to take subway where just at front of the hotel. Really love it, will stay here again

All front desk staff are extremely helpful and rooms are very clean . Worth mentioning 小季, he had go extra miles in assisted us with local taxi via app in our phone to Suzhou Bei Railway station . Without his help , we might missed our train. Bravo Hotel Ji Team .
