Clean and comfortable hotel that is well located. We had a great stay until an unforeseen accident. The staff were amazing in trying to assist us where possible.

It’s marvellous!!! My family loves the range of breakfast here, the staff is helpful, friendly and professional. The location is good, located at one end of Ping Jiang street, and near to ShuangTa market where you can find food there. The room is spacious and it’s easy to open up the luggage. Thankful for the spacious room! The front desk greeted us with an experiential fan making activity too! I would definitely recommend this hotel for any travellers to Suzhou!

Rooms are damn small even though we book big room compare to Hangzhou under same hotel but good Location so far

The hotel was very clean and nice. The location is also close to most places. It also has washers and dryers which even made our stay very convenient. I was very happy with our stay.

Well located, walking distance to major sights. Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and gladly offered suggestions on good eats in Suzhou. Room was big and very comfortable. Would gladly revisit!

Room is big and clean. Big enough for a family of 4. Hotel is just 3 mins walk away from the train station and about 5 mins walk away from Pin Jiang Lu.
