Shangri-La-boenden i Suzhou

I stayed in this hotel for several times already, every time there is something new but professional.The food is very good, especially the very local noodle is offered in the multi national hotel which reflects the local is the international. Well, Yvonne Bi is the most beautiful and nice girl in your hotel with great smile and patience, she explained very well the infrastructures in the hotel clearly to me in English, her English is marvelous indeed while her smile makes me feel at home with full relax and I do believe she should be promoted at the end of year for her excellent performance

Location is good just near MRT. Service also good. Room cleanliness is perfect. just the room outside window a bit dirty which i think is out of cleaner can control. China typically has one problem , receptionist needs spent time on those local stupid customer that know nothing and keep asking tons of question which cause receptionist spending so much time to explain and serving. this could cause the long Q to next customer.
