CONDO FEATURES This condo has 10’ ceilings in all rooms, and is at street level, so there are no stairs. For maximum occupancy flexibility, the master bedroom features both a king bed and twin bed. The guest bedroom features both a queen bed and twin bed. The master bath contains a double vanity set in a granite countertop, corner whirlpool tub and fully-tiled shower. The guest bath has a granite countertop vanity and fully-tiled shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, which include a gas range/oven, 25 cu ft side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully-equipped, allowing you to cook any meals you desire to eat in. The spacious laundry room contains a washer and dryer. An instant tankless hot water heater serves this condo, so you’ll never run out of hot water during a shower or soak in the whirlpool tub. The dining room, great room, kitchen and both bedrooms all have hardwood floors. The bathrooms and laundry room have ceramic tile floors.
