The family room was wonderful . We had two floors with our children sleeping on the second floor. It is beautiful . The guesthouse is very well located about ten minutes to the beach and all the great restaurants. The staff is amazing and the breakfast was great as well. We would go back.

Good place to stay in Swakopmund. Meike and the other staff are incredibly hospitable. The room was standard and clean. We could park the car safely inside the gate and operate it ourselves by remote control. Breakfast is very tasty and diverse. Location is very good. You can walk right into the center. Wifi is moderate. We enjoyed our stay here.

We highly recommend this place! the location is perfect and the breakfast really good. the owner such as the staff is absolutely friendly and they help you with the organisation of activities and have really good recommendations. we definitely be there when we‘ll be in namibia the next time. :)

Meikes Guesthouse is well known to us. We always felt warmly welcomed, enjoyed the rooms decorated with lots of love, the beautiful garden corners and, of course, the very good service and breakfast. Coming to Swakopmund will always mean to stay there. We highly recommend the place and wishing Meike and Claus all the best in future! Detlef and Jeanette

For our first stay in Swakopmund we choose Meike's Guesthouse. The whole staff was friendly. Questions were answered immediately. Reservations for activities and restaurants were handled by the Guesthouse. The family apartment was large and very clean. We will definitely come again.

Family appartment with large rooms, good beds,... Extremely neat, beds were daily done. Extended breakfast with many choices. Owners are very nice and helpfull. Great advice for activities and our road to Grootfontijn. Excellent for our 3 days stay.

At Meike's guesthouse you feel right at home. This guineafowl themed guesthouse is the perfect place to stay for a relaxed visit to swakopmund. Meike and her staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. They will give you all the information you need to make your visit to Swakopmund a great succes. They will even make restaurant reservations for you. The breakfast in the morning is has a wide variety of fresh ingredients. The rooms are large and clean. Don't look further, you have found the best spot in Swakopmund.

Pro's Owner and staff very friendly. Rooms are very clean and neat. Shower and bathroom are excellent. Safe to stay here. Spacious rooms. Heated rail for towels in bathroom. Small fridge. Safe Cons Very limited TV channels - 4 to choose from. No air conditioner in room. Fan only. Breakfast very limited. No shampoo/conditioner

Amazing B&B in Swakopmund, spacious rooms and delicious breakfast, Meike is always willing to be helpful with bookings for dinner or activities. We did the living desert tour and some kayaking in Walvis Bay and both are highly recommended.
