Sandy Bay (named after my favourite holiday destination as a child) with french windows to a sunny little deck to sit out on at the back and also to a balcony at the front is a two bedroom flat on the ground floor of an Edwardian seaside home; situated opposite a short footpath straight onto the beach. It has its own dedicated parking space. there are wonderful walks in the Purbeck Hills, a steam railway, a safe sandy beach with a couple of jolly beach cafes and in the hotel opposite us is an inexpensive gym sauna plunge pool and jacusi.
We also have, on the same premises a Garden Room (listed on Airbnb) as "The Sands Vegetarian Self catering" It sleeps three, also has parking and use of garden. Great time in Swanage
My Dad, brother and I had a great stay in Swanage. Annie’s place was ideal for us being on the ground floor, extremely clean and very well equipped.

Week in Swanage
Property was very well situated and clean. It had all the things for a very comfortable stay in lovely Swanage. Parking just outside the flat.We have two suggestions for improvement: firstly the large bedroom was very well equipped but the small window had no blind and the morning light came streaming in very early - blackout would have been great. The second smaller bedroom was fine for two children but there was no wardrobe or chest of drawers so not really appropriate for another adult. Otherwise we really loved our week here.

A delightful property tastefully decorated with interesting paintings and furnishings. Everything provided for a comfortable stay. Very close to the beach and town.

Late summer stay

Wonderful property
We had a lovely stay in this very conveniently located and extremely comfortable property. We parked right outside the French windows so unpacking/packing the car was extremely easy! The apartment had everything we needed and communication with the host was excellent. We certainly hope to return!

This was a lovely and well equipped property. The lounge/diner/kitchen was a little cramped for us personally, although the main bedroom was very spacious, but it’s very near the beach & a good walk into the main Swanage town, which we loved. Annie was very helpful when we had an issue with the TV & it was resolved very quickly.

Relaxing Mum and Daughter Days
We’ve had once again a lovely quiet stay at Annie’s place. It’s ideal for just Parking up and enjoying Swanage. Annie’s place is so lovely it has everything you need after a long day of wandering around a nice soak in the bath a good film then off to bed. The beds are really comfortable with very nice bedding. Thank you Annie see you again Sue and Jackie xx

Home from home
The property was lovely, very clean and very well equipped. The location is great with the beach only a very short walk away, and only a couple of minutes drive to Swanage Town centre. Our host Annie was brilliant and made sure all the relevant information was provided to us in plenty of time for our stay, and was always available to help us if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Swanage, we couldn't fault any aspect of our stay here, and would definitely stay here again.
