People staying there farting and smelling of socks abd dirty towels, the shower door was kind of broken and flooding tbe toilet with mould on door. It was smelling so bad and sickening that I was about to leave but slept next to the window open which saved my day.

Absolutely love it here. Easy to walk from train station with luggage. Quite center with everything. The common spaces was good too. Receptionist was good too and explained well how to explore swansea. They have a big map on the second floor and just scan barcode on it. Food also easy to get. Quite easy to go the beach bay and can actually use many routes from here. I loved the views so much. Will book again here and hire bicycle too.

Location super great! Bars are in walking distance but away enough from the facility so that cause no noise. Staff is very friendly. The shared bathroom is not very clean. But it is not the staff to blame. It is caused by some guests who do not exploit the facilities properly, like throwing paper napkins into the sink, taking shower without closing the glass shield or not flushing after using the toilet. Print out and put up some instructions would be helpful.

Excellent service, you get more than you deserve for the money you paid. Wow amazing staff with friendly behaviour. They guided us to visit most beautiful place on Swansea.

Everything you need from a hostel that is in a nice city for an affordable price. Nothing that stands out for me but it looks nice and has nice people.

Tried a hostel for the first time. Fabulous experience. The private double room was just like a normal room in a basic hotel. Everything was very clean. Also they got a very nice mirror in bath room. Would like to stay here again if I come back to Swansea one day.
