Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Dolphin Mall recensioner

Room was dated and not very clean .sofa bed wasn’t clean and bedding smelt .Not enough towels for five people.

Great stay experience, hard to get in by car because of lots of people going to the mall.

Spacious room (two queen suite). There was a big upset in the bathroom.., the shower drain was completely blocked. Terrible to take a shower… (our stay was only one night). Standard american breakfast. The hotel is so close to the Dolphin Mall.., only 5 minutes by foot. I’d stay again..!

房間設施齊全，很新很乾凈。是self contained的房子，有爐子和必備的餐具以及洗碗機。走廊上的落地窗外景色很美。早餐品種不多但也夠吃了。除了價格貴了一點，非常滿意。可是當你看到滿眼2K+的酒店，就覺得這家的價格也不是太貴。位置就在海豚購物中心旁邊，去南沙灘開車30分鐘左右。

Cuando estaba abordando el vuelo desde Charlotte a Miami el dia 08 a las 21:30 hrs, para llegar a dormir con mis dos hijos y esposo, al Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Dolphin Mall; llame al hotel para informar hora aprox de nuestra llegada; lamentablemente me indicaron que no tenia ninguna reserva a mi nombre, entregue el numero de reserva que ustedes enviaron a mi correo y tampoco existia...al insistir me indicaron que no existia posibilidad de hospedarme esa noche porque estaban copados. Al llegar a Miami a las 23:55 sin saber que hacer me llego de parte de ustedes un correo recien informando que no habian habitacion disponible. El dia 07 cuando hice la reserva, tambien cargaron el cobro a mi targeta, por lo cual les solicito el PRONTO REEMBOLSO de mis dineros. Sin mensionar que quedarme a esa hora, en esa gran ciudad, sin saber donde llevar a mi familia, fue bastante complicado.
