This place is very Clean, looks and feels so comfortable, friendly staff nothing was too much trouble , felt very relaxed

Couldn’t ask for a better treatment. Matthew was the cherry on top of the cake with such a such prompt service will. I’ll definitely return.

lovely, well kept hotel. All staff were very friendly and welcoming towards us and were great with the little one. restaurant/bar was also very clean and staff kept on top of clearing tables etc. The food we had was very nice, a bit expensive but a nice treat. nice childrens menu, featuring 2 or 3 course options too. I would definitely book here again and recommend to others. Very pleased with the accommodation, nice comfortable family room. room 321. only downside was the sight of mould on the ceiling above bath/shower but everything else was brilliant.

Stayed for 2 nights here, location is good, price is good and the rooms are clean and well laid out. Breakfast for a vegetarian is disappointing, the second day I didn’t even consider any of the cooked buffet food.

Reception, bar/restaurant and room all immaculate. Bathroom clean but a little dated.

Always have a good stay here, car park sometimes full but multi story near by is easy to use too

Lovely room staff were so accommodating to requests and me and my partner loved it here and room service was amazing and great deal and breakfast too was top quality for price will be coming back here again!

Simple but practical choice. Reliably good location and clean rooms. Breakfast was quite a spread. Large tourist buses with mostly senior travellers can take up a lot of space during breakfast peak hour but not a problem for me!
