In the resort, 1 km from the centre, in a sunny position in the residential district, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. In the house: lift, central heating system, washing machine. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, communal covered parking. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station 300 m, sandy beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 900 m. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km, tennis 600 m. Check-in and check-out are fully automatic. There is no person responsible for the keys on site - the keys are collected from the locker and the keys should be left in this locker when leaving the apartment. 2-room apartment 57 m2 on 2nd floor. Spacious, beautiful and modern furnishings: open living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and 1 double bed.
