Everything was great for our trip

I got to the hotel and Trip.com had not paid for the room, even though I had paid Trip. I had to pay the hotel directly and am now waiting on a refund.

We stayed here on our last night of a two week Ireland vacation to be near the airport for an early flight. We arrived in the evening and no air conditioning in our room!!! No one told us at check-in and I do not recall seeing anything about no ac on the website when booking. I looked on the company website prior to booking in addition to Trip.com. I purposely looked at each of our accommodations for air conditioning. Staff told us they were updating the hotel and there was a sign in the elevator. Nope, no sign about air conditioning in the elevator. It was too late to find another hotel when we realized we would not have air. Of the two windows in our room, only one opened. We were lucky it was not too hot and left first thing in the morning to get out of there. Some communication would have been nice or at least apologies.

Very convenient for airport and only 4/5 minutes by hotel transport. Starts 04.15am and thereafter half hourly. Restaurant & Bar friendly and spacious with a substantial and appetising varied menu. Bedrooms have all modern conveniences rooms and beds are comfortable and pristine.

All good shuttle buses were a bonus and access to bar and dining was easy

Although a little bit away from terminal building, the regular shuttle bus service was excellent and reasonably priced. Very quick and efficient check in service from friendly helpful staff. Large clean rooms. Short stay so didn't use restaurant

My husband was very happy with his stay, his breakfast was well cooked and his eggs were perfectly cooked

This hotel provides a clean, comfortable service. Their attention to environmentally friendly heating etc is commendable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Need to know: It is currently 2.5 pounds per person each way to ride the necessary airport shuttle bus. Dublin Airport imposes a long walk on everyone using any of the shuttle buses, which stop much closer to the bus station than the airport (however, you can't get a cab because the distance is too short). In addition, Dublin Airport has a very confusing entrance/exit area definitely designed to make it impossible for vehicles to get anywhere close to the terminal, but also making it virtually impossible to make sense of the signage and twists and turns when using public or for-hire transportation. You need time, both in and out!! I downgraded to "4" for Location because we had to pay for the airport shuttle - the more expensive, name-brand airport hotels do not charge. Also, breakfast is not included at the Premier Inn and is currently 9.95 pounds for continental, including a few hot items you can order, or 11.95 pounds for the full hot breakfast. The food is good and the restaurant is large and comfortable. On the plus side, our room - with a queen bed - was large, the bathroom and closet were generously large, and the room furnishing is simple but quite functional. Worth being this close to the airport to make sure you are timely for your flight, especially flying to the US, which definitely takes 3 hrs as you go through Ireland security followed by US-specific security that is a long walk away and repeats all the standard airport security processes!!

Everything you would expect from a premier inn. Clean and ideal for getting the head down on a comfortable bed.

Very clean, friendly & professional staff, very comfortable room, quiet. Huge fluffy bath towel — but no washcloths? Shuttle charge E2.50. Bar service is open outside the restaurant, which has limited hours & small menu ( if you like pancakes or eggs benedict, for example, not on menu ) also doesn’t open for dinner until 6pm, rather inconvenient, and surpringly small dinner menu. Despite that, restaurant is very attractive, super clean, quiet, and table service was very professional . Esquires Coffee/ Cafe is attached but not directly accessible from inside hotel— good sandwiches, salad, soup but also extremely noisy ( from the acoustics) & hard to have a conversation. Would stay again— great night’s sleep.

We needed a hotel near the airport for an early flight. The hotel cost 1/2 the price of the hotels closer to the airport. It is only a 5 minute taxi or 2 minute bus ride from the terminals. All we needed were clean beds and a shower in the morning. That’s what we got. They must have problems with people taking things. The blow dryer and iron were attached to the room to prevent someone taking the. That wa kind of weird.

I don’t know if everyone had a bad day… but Services had long faces …

Convenient to the airport. Free parking; very helpful and friendly staff!
