Carnegie Court Hotel

I was charged 3 times for the same drink on sat 2 Nov ..manager later promised to resolve issue when presented with documentary bank evidence ,he promised finance person would make contact...no contact ...vote with your feet avoid this pit

If I could give zero stars I would!! Absolutely horrific & v dishonest hotel So we booked part of the bar for our wedding reception organised everything sent out invites, everything was going great We rang on sat night to book rooms for our parents we got told ‘WE DONT RENT ROOMS TO THE PUBLIC!! My reply .. your a hotel who do you rent them too? I’m not oblidged to say was my answer, I explained this is NOT good enough as we’ve a wedding there in 2 weeks , not my problem was the reply!! A manager then called back I asked what’s the meaning of a hotel & if the public can’t get a room who can & how does a hotel not taking bookings survive? His reply .. we’re not part of the hotel .. my reply ok so you said your name is ***** and your calling from the Carnegie court hotel!! What more can I say ;he’s looking really silly now) I then Asked so am I right in thinking all rooms are reserved for asylum seekers ? Phone line then went dead… We’re getting married in 2 weeks!! We did also ask cause we were having a family meal in the bar that can these asylum seekers sit in the bar we got told yes as it’s a public area!! These hotel tends to tell lies & wouldn’t know honesty if it hit them in the face Do not give them your hard earned cash plenty of nicer more obliging hotels around ******ZERO STARS*******

Shíofra was genuinely amazing as she made sure my allergies were catered to and made sure that everything was perfect for me to eat. Would definitely recommend her as a waitress to anyone. She made me feel good about eating out as allergies arent always catered to at events such as debs. Thank you so much once again.

No parking for disabled users 🙄 food in bar was lovely staff very helpful 😀 bur found it hard finding parking there were picnic bench in spot were parking was had to find parking outside on main street why

I was with a large group in the function room. It was a great night but bar staff were very slow and spilled drinks when putting them on the counter. On a very positive note they cater extremely well for allergies. I informed them of my peanut allergy when booking. When it came to the time to get our finger food there was a plate set aside for me. All my food was cooked separately and they made me feel so safe.

I would like to compliment this hotel and its management. My experience is that they were very honourable and trustworthy. I have no difficulty in strongly recommending this hotel. Marcus Heavey TY student
