There are some dust in bath towels (we found just once)
Concierge staff and the front staff were frindly and helpful
The front staff in the morning shift were kind too!

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great price for the location. Easy access to Town Hall train/light rail stations and Museum station, which we used everyday. Easy access to the airport. Since the hotel is in the middle of shops, restaurants, and bars in central areas, it can get pretty loud at night, even with the windows shut and curtains closed. However, we didn't mind the noise.

Everything was perfect, but a housekeeper opened my room door early in the morning twice all of sudden, and it woke me up.
I felt hard to sleep back after them.

Excellent bedding and comfort. No fridge only wine cooler. Booked family room but ended up with two separate rooms.

Nice & huge hotel with many entrances during day and nite. The housekeeping was a super first class service during my stay for 2 rooms / 8 nites. Things around the hotel. I like the room except the amenities that gave just some items.

Very nice location. Clean. Restaurants, trains, coles are near the hotel. But there’s no heater on winter. So the room was quite cold at night for us. Thankyou

Very good location and short walk to station and department store. Right under hotel has a small shopping mall. The Room is clean and large and a small balcony 👍.

The USB outlet by the bedside is not working. The mattress is bit old, can feel the springs underneath the cover. The day shift receptionists are not very helpful, asked question on the cruise ship location and could not help and were trying to help anyways. The towels required never showed up or gave me the wrong type.

Hotel is very well located. World square has lots of food options, coles supermarket at basement and shopping available. Its also near to the train station that is 5mins away.
