This is an upstairs 2 bedroom apartment. the rooms are large and both have queen beds in them. there is also a futon sleeper in the livingroom. this comes with a full kitchen with dishes, pans, and silverware, and a large bathroom. This includes a large washer & dryer in the apartment. only 3 minutes from Syracuse University and downtown.

Clean. Short on towels but we found them (too late) in the dryer after we “washed” a load (no instructions on running the washer) and put the clothes in the dryer. My guest chose to fold the items found in the dryer (even though I PAID a cleaning fee). No bakeware. Very loud neighbors. Stairs were difficult to traverse.

Six week stay in Syracuse
The apartment is well located, within easy walking distance of Syracuse University, two grocery stores, a coffee shop, and a bar. The apartment was clean and quiet. The owner was responsive to all questions and requests. I had a good stay.

We needed a place to stay while traveling around Syracuse for the weekend as a place with a bed to crash it did do that barely.
The upstairs rental part has ZERO control over heat as the thermostat is in the downstairs rental half, No real heat in the bathroom so showers in the morning were in a cold air space. Steap narrow stairs to get upstairs. The fridge had previous persons stuff in it, same with kitchen cabinets (open packages of food). Needs working roku remote to even turn on the TV (was dead when we got there).
The building is a old college split appartment setup that has seen better days and they look to be fixing it up, wish them luck but we will not be back.

Perfect for game day
The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the University, making it incredibly convenient for my visit.
The place itself was beautifully maintained, offering all the comforts of home with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom area.
The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring that my stay was as enjoyable as possible.

Very Satisfied
Paul and Brandon were very helpful. The Property is close to the the University which is where we needed to be. Paul help us with all request and question very quickly. All and all our stay was very nice.

Convenient location and lots of space inside! We did have to call to get the check-in info, but otherwise a great stay! Very cozy apartment for a short or long stay, just remember to bring your own toiletries.
