Being a 4 start hotel..I was expecting it will be nice trip but it was average . Room furniture old and found no tooth paste in bathroom need to call room service . AC was chilled n the remote was not working It was an average experience

The hotel location is very near the airport. Also, the car rental company AVIS has a staff inside the hotel. I rent a car from.AVIS in Jeddah, I return the car in Tabuk. The AVIS staff can come to this hotel to complete the car return and use the same car to take me to the airport. It is very convenient. Other things of the hotel are good also

Although the hotel might seem a bit old however I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is good. The room is ok however the bed is comfortable. The staff are amazing as they are always willing to assist you at all times. I also enjoyed their terrace.

All the facilities was great, food was good . It's our first time in this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay even in a short period of time. Ms. Janeth is so accommodating and nice .we will recommend this hotel to our friends and colleague's for sure they will love it ☺️☺️☺️ thumbs up.

Nice hotel which is very conveniently located just 15min from the airport. There was a slight smoky scent in my room, but apart from that it was fine. This was my first time in Saudi Arabia and I really wanted to commend the staff for going above and beyond the call of duty to help their guests. I had the misfortune of having my luggage lost by Saudi Airlines and thereafter forgetting my phone in a cab. Both times the staff at the reception (Mr Qusai and Ms Razan) helped to contact the airport and speak with the cab driver (who could only speak Arabic) and all my belongings were swiftly recovered with their help. I had a wonderful experience from this trip, and I would certainly want to visit again and recommend this hotel for their v kind and helpful staff. :)

The Holiday Inn is a comfortable hotel in Tabuk. The room was a little dated, but was comfortable and had everything I needed for a one night stay while in KSA on business. The breakfast was very good and the service excellent. Would recommend and would stay again if in Tabuk

I spent two nights in this hotel in March 2022. As the air extraction in the bath roo does not zork, the smell, when you enter in the room, is very bad. As someone smoked in it. My tzo colleagues, in different rooms, cofnirm the same feeling. WHen you arrive the second night, the room has not been cleaned " due to COVID" told us the reception. And zhen you want to pay the bill, you pay extra fees for an expresso coffee taken at breakfast (machine was there, why should we pay extra fees?) and extra fees because you drinked your coffee in the Lobby?!?! And taxes above. As it took a long time for the bill, and ze had a plane to take, we did not have time to discuss. Globally, the price seems expensive for the quality!
