Pretty convienent, is a small clean cosy place with microwave and kettle

Price is reasonable as we just need a quick night stay prior an early bus ride the next day to Kutsasu Onsen. It’s much cheaper than taking the bus from Shinjuku. Basic business hotel. So room is relative small Easy and quick check in and out Short walk from JR station.

Good service even though it’s really old, generic but still be good to close JR , and give them a like to have microwave in every room

A business hotel near the station, but not super near. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. The area is a little seedy, though. Bed was surprisingly soft. Room was clean but some areas showed signs of age and disrepair that could have been attended to by the hotel staff

Good location and value for money .  The room is small but everything you need is included.

The bed is very small, so you should be a couple or very good friends. The experience was fine, but it is true that the trains make noise through the night — they end at midnight and start at 5am. You should bring earplugs and put the humidifier on for white noise, and then its fine! The area is not too bad. Yes, there are girls clubs around, but it didn't feel unsafe or skechy.

Arrived at 1am and still had staff to help me with the check in process. The room was more than enough for solo travellers and the hotel is at a convenient spot for food even late at night. Would definitely book again.

Overall it’s an okay hotel. Room price is cheap compared to hotels in the same neighbourhood. Amenities and services match the quality of a 2.5/3 star hotel. Location, though, is the main issue. Located right across from a male entertainers club and a male focused massage place. I would advise solo female travellers and parents with kids to refrain from booking this hotel.

去大學面試的住了一晚，但是對噪音比較敏感的人一定要慎重，這背後就是JR站，會過在來線的那種。到晚上三四點都會一直過車所以我個人真的睡不踏實。早上醒來回憶了一下，感覺自己似睡非睡吧。 樓下有咖啡廳，早餐還可以。

アメニティにスキンケアの物と綿棒がないのが残念 床をあまり掃除してないのか、スリッパで洗面所に行くとスリッパについた髪の毛が洗面所に行くたびに 必ず付いてくるのが気になる 後は駅も近く食事にも困らない立地で便利です！

連泊で利用しましたが清楚も行き届いて良かったです。 立地も駅から程よい距離ですが不便なく利用できました。 周辺は夜になると飲み屋街なので仕方ないですが 真ん前の道路に黒服の方が立っていて 一人コンビニに行くには若干不安でした。
