The building is oddly old! The room smells like a room unopened for months, the bathroom lights are not functioning.

My stay at this hotel was beyond disappointing. The lavatory faucet didn’t work, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the bidet was useless—basic necessities were completely neglected. To make things worse, the entire place had a horrible odor that made it impossible to feel comfortable. It’s clear that maintenance is not a priority here. No amount of decor can make up for the lack of hygiene and functionality. I couldn’t wait to check out and would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!

The room is so dirty that even the pipes in the bathroom are visible. They really need to do a deep cleaning. The water pressure is very low, and the bathroom is extremely dirty, resembling a public restroom. Never again!

I had a great experience at Minas Place. It’s ideal for both business and leisure travelers who want comfort, convenience, and good service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The location was good as it is near the downtown. The price of the room was so so. We were able to get a discount thru the app trip.com. However, When we got to our room, we were surprised that there were no towels, bottled water provided though we booked a standard room. After few hours, we requested for a towel but to our surprise, we were given a very old towel. They are not so accommodating. It was my second stay in their place yet I was very disappointed.

old bldg, the hallways appear dated and dusty. water is fine, tv is fine. you get what you pay for.

Room 202 cr covered with mould. Air con leaked on bed.

Great location.. the place is okay for 1 night not expecting more but the place can do much more better.
