They didn’t clean the room and no water. The room is not cleaned.

Service and food was ok. Bed was cozy, our room was very spacious. What i liked about this hotel was restaurants and convenient stores were nearby.

The room was nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very accessible. My only concern is they clean the room on the 2nd night even though we don't request it. We are shocked when we are back in the room 😂.We really appreciate the initiative but we hope next time, ask permission first. And for the pool, it's too cold. Hoping next time you will have a heated pool 😊 The overall experience was good. We will be back again.

The room is ok for small family. The swimming pool is small, no available pool towel or life guard to watch. The pool is located in the 9th floor with overlooking view.

Just checked out from a stay at the One Tagaytay Place Hotel. This place had its contrasts, so it's difficult to give a simple good or bad verdict. Firstly, let's commend the staff. Their service was top-notch – always available, ready to help, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. We had inquiries and requests that were accommodated promptly and efficiently. They are genuinely an asset to this establishment. On the other side of the spectrum were the amenities and the room. It seems that the hotel could benefit from some much-needed refurbishments. Signs of wear were noticeable in the room furnishings and certain areas in the hotel. They weren’t a deal-breaker, but they did detract from the overall impression. Another plus side of One Tagaytay Place: its location. It's perfectly nestled close to the most scenic vistas Tagaytay offers. Its proximity to major attractions is a bonus and is something that future guests would definitely appreciate. In conclusion, One Tagaytay Place might not be a picture-perfect stay but it offers a decent, service-oriented experience, and uses its location to great advantage. A few upgrades could definitely elevate the guest experience. Would I come back? Yes, though I do hope to see some improvements next time around. For the price, service, and location, it's still a considerably good deal.

Almost perfect but on our check-out the front desk forgot to return my mom's senior ID and we need to go back to get. Though he apologize, it was such a hassel returning special when you are just a commuting traveler with kids
