Hotel Monticello Tagaytay recensioner

They have rooms with 4 beds available which is very convenient for big families. Breakfast buffet is also good. Also able to use their massage and heated swimming pool. They also have available and convenient parking spaces. Overall a great experience!

Hotel staff are very accommodating and very welcoming. They helped us with our anniversary celebration. The hotel building looks old, but it is clean and well maintained. Parking is free, heated pool is good enough that you can enjoy. Breakfast is superb, everything was fresh. They also have karaoke nights. They also have a gym. In our room, everything is clean. For me it was spotless and you can make request anytime and they will do it in a timely manner. For me it was 10/10 and will surely comeback and will tell with my fam and friends about it.

All of the personnel are very friendly, warm and approachable. Housekeeping is on time, breakfast buffet are to-die-for! We just wish that since it was a holiday, we wish the bar at the pool was open. Overall, it was an excellent holiday stay for us! 💖

This is a very nice hotel with very courteous, friendly, and professional staff. We ate at the hotel several times. The food is good. The prices are reasonable. The breakfast is buffet on weekends and Filipino/American selection on weekdays. We left a few days early because it was rainy (not the hotel's problem, obviously) though we did go on a driving tour and a boat trip around the lake, which was a little expensive but enjoyable.

All of our needs were taken care of. Very accommodating, and hotel crew knows the balance between being professional and friendly. It was a surprise (in a good way) that their breakfast is buffet and that the hotel is a 4-star.

All in all it was a gorgeous classic hotel in the heart of TAGAYTAY City. We really enjoyed our room.

服務還不錯 位置也很可以 附近吃飯地方也很多 但是飯店餐廳可能比較不適合華人用餐的口味 泳池那邊也很好拍照 晚上睡覺算安靜

スタッフの接客も良くとても綺麗なホテルです。プールサイドに小さなGYMがあり使用しました。景色が綺麗なGerry's Grill Ta***tayや有名なAntonio's Restaurantが近くあり、観光に適した場所と言えます。次回も利用したいと思います。

We enjoyed our stay here. But maybe can improve more- the breakfast is just ok, the swimming pool would be more enjoyable if it is heated, and to add more lights so it doesn't look too dim or dark specially at night. I have to mention that security guards are very attentive! Good job!
