Excellent customer service and clean room!

Very kind service

Good hotel with a great view of taal. Food is okay. The pool is ice cold and is barely swimmable. The restaurant staffs could be more attentive we sat down for lunch and no on entertained us

View of the Taal Volcano & the lake is breathtaking. Front desk staff is kind of robotic! 😬 Breakfast service is alright. Bell hops helpful and friendly. Magnificent fireworks on the stroke of midnight on NYD 2025! Overall quite satisfactory experience!

Service was average - was a bit slow. You get what you expect in a 4-star hotel. Overall experience was okay except for the room we were in. Do not stay in room L501 (Cellar Premier) if you're going as a family. You will not get a good night's rest because you'll hear the stomping or footsteps of the people staying in the room above you.

Very nice views and the best bulala in town. Its just i am not really ok with the beds, since we are couple we have a separate beds even though i requested it in advance.

Considering to go back again. All the staff are excellent in giving service to all the guest. From Reception, Concierge and all the staff of food dine-inn are prefessional. They serve us more than a five star hotel guest. Thank You so much! This is highly recommended to visit and stay for leisure vacation

Great hotel for a quick getaway with good restaurant and breakfast buffet. Welcome cookies are delicious. Pool is amazing and would be perfect if it was heated. Hotel has the best view of Taal!
