Every single staff member we encountered was helpful and attentive. Lu at the restaurant was extremely hardworking and observant and looked after us well. Breakfast was tasty, and they varied it every day. They even offered free milk and cookies before bedtime for kids. Little animal farm and bonfire were wonderful for our little one. Heated pool was a plus factor and usable even on a rainy day. We had loads of fun! Thanks to everyone, and well done!

Great location and staffs were very accommodating. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival.

Our kids enjoyed the stay at Hotel Kimberly. I believe the hotel was specially made for kids since there are a lot of activities that your children will definitely enjoy.

The staffs are warm and welcome, the amenities are perfect for families, the food is also nice we order room service we are shock that the servings are BIG specially the beef bulalo and pancit we are only 2 adult 1 Child and we are not informed how big it is the spaghetti is also nice can request to make it Filipino style, service can be better for adding a ring button or doorbelll to the room so we are more aware that they are doing service to the room, we love the milk and cookies service however due to we are not aware that someone is knocking end up we just saw a letter quite late, and can add a cart or trolley for food inside the room, the breakfast buffet are superb very nice I love the coffee and chocolate eh! The selections are avery Filipino and the buffet are very well! not even a single time run out of food, all in all our experience is good looking forward to visit again with family but will make sure atleast 2-3 days the word is "biten" Kudos to the Team

Celebrated our birthdays (Me, my partner and my sister) at Hotel Kimberly. Initially, i booked for 2 rooms good for 6 pax. They called a day before and told me that they will upgrade us to their Guesthouse villa as they are fully booked. Glad i accepted the offer as the villa was so beautiful and big, good for 15 pax. We love the place, good for families with kids, my son loves their farm and was so happy with the activities such as animal feeding, horse back riding. They have heated pool as well. Staffs were very nice, friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend! Thanks so much again!

Overall experience was great and meaningful. First, the staff were all accommodating. From the reception down to the room service attendants, everyone always greeted you with a smile and you can feel the positive disposition. The room was kept very orderly and my special request was granted. They did come up with a nicely done birthday themed decoration for my partner and kid. The complimentary cupcake with greeting was a really nice gesture. This hotel had a huge area that featured facilities to cater to different interests. I like the thought of visiting and feeding the animals at the Farm and the outdoor playground provided a good spot for my little daughter to run around and explore nature. There was an indoor playground too, which was very useful because it also rained the next day and we couldn't afford to expose my kid to the weather. There were 2 pool areas, and I like the thought of the kiddie pools with heaters, since the cold breeze was giving us the shivers. My little one was able to enjoy the dip in the water (also props to the staff who helped inflate the pool toy :)) The buffet breakfast didn't have that many selections, however, the quality of the food was superb. I like their Filipino breakfast lineup of chicken adobo, tocino, danggit and fried rice. The salad bar was also pretty decent with their selections of garnish and dressing. In other words, I wouldn't mind a second visit. Highly recommended!

It was my son's bday. It is our second time to got to Kimberly. This is our son's happy place. He enjoys the pool, horse back riding, feeding animals and movie nights. Most importantly he gets to play with lots of kids. The staff are very courteous and attentive. The also exert extra effort in placing a birthday decoration in the room when we requested it. We will definitely go back to this hotel

There are a lot of activities. Kid friendly. Breakfast has limited choices.

Highly recommended hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great though breakfast buffet has limited options. Hotel room with a bath tub was clean. The kids enjoyed the Aqua slide and animal farm.

We stayed in Lodge King room as I thought it would be better coz it’s more expensive compared to other rooms. Got disappointed because there’s a door beside our bed and when we opened it, we saw a lot of trash with plenty of ants. Also, the elevator is sooooo noisy that it will really wake you up everytime someone uses it. The noise in the elevator is so bad that it will scare you to use it so we just opted to use the stairs instead (going back and forth to our room in 4th floor). And when you book rooms in their “Lodge Building” you will need to walk quite far to reach the pool area and other amenities.
