The room was so small for 3-4 person. We could not even lay down our luggages. The aircon was very dusty. There were ants, a spider and a centipede. No elevator, so you have to take the stairs up to the 4th floor where you get your free breakfast. That was the only good thing. Water in the shower was ok. But for 4 nights we stayed, i constantly asked for an extra pillow and i was not given one! The service was slow. Worst of all you were only given one key card, so every time you enter the room it is hot and humid you have to wait for a while for the dusty aircon to cool the room.

Best choice for this price. Room was small but cozy, the best budget hotel we had during this trip in Phillipines (we had three ones before). Rooftop terrace is perfect, we take once our meal to eat it in the evening and we enjoy it. The location was comfortable for our needs as well.

This place is so nice to stay with. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Probably one of my best decisions to spend an overnight in the city. Had a free wifi inside the room, basic amenities and free breakfast (w/c was not stated on Agoda) Pls excuse the bags and other stuffs 😂

Good: 1. Location - Near the airport and pier 2. Free breakfast 3. Price - 900+/night via Agoda 4. It has genset in case of blackout 5. Small but adequate room (AC room with hot/cold shower and TV) Bad: 1. No personal refrigerator 2. The sheets smelled funny. We had to replace it. 3. Slow Wifi connection 4. Noise - They were renovating some parts of the hotel and they start around 8 AM - 5 PM you can hear them hammering and cut stuff. Good thing we left to go to Panglao.

The room was good. The bathroom has its heater but I had a little difficulty using it because if you turn it for warm water, it does not until you turn it multiple times. Also, the room would be better if it has its own fridge.
