I was really disappointed in this accommodation. They told me that my room was not yet ready so the room that I have booked will be ready by 2pm. I asked if there was any available room that I could stay since it was already 11am and I was very tired from travel, so the receptionist told me a single bedroom is available for use so technically it's a downgrade from what I paid. So, I was thinking maybe they could offer free breakfast or something to maybe compensate for the amount that I overpaid but none was offered. When I entered the room, there was no basic hygiene kit like toothbrush and toothpaste or just maybe a tissue. Also the security was not very attentive to the guests, I had to ask him to maybe carry my luggage on the second floor because they have no elevator. More training I guess on the staff for better customer service.
