Room is clean and comfy. To my surprise, coffee is the best I have ever tested so far! Highly recommended

One of the most beautiful design hotels in Taiwan. We absolutely loved everything about our stay.

1. Met a poor service and unfriendly receptionist, despite her good looking, I won’t buy her service. 2. No water bottle provided, amenities provided upon request. They even ask if you would need room cleaning service for each day of stay. 3. Breakfast delivery to doorstep on fixed hours. Portion is small. 4. Shower head is broken, water pressure is low on highest floor, not sure about other levels. 5. Location is not a poor for me as there are plenty of KTV around and the loud noise can be heard.

Appreciates the industrial design. Worth a short stay to experience.

Good location

Check in and out was a breeze, its around 15 mins walk to taichung train station. Free hot drinks at the main counter of lvl 1. Water dispenser at every level for the guest. Rooms can be small if your luggages are big sized

It was a walk from the train station. However it was worth it as it was a beautiful little space. Room was a little space but it was sufficient and cosy. Netflix was available. Bathroom was clean and big. There was free flow wine for certain hours during one of the days. That was a plus.

Location is central but surroundings can get a little rough. Solo female travellers might want to be more careful at night. Everything else was great!

Location is NOT THE BEST. It is a walk from Taichung train station. During the night, nearby stalls are closed by roughly 8pm. there is a night market nearby but need to walk for awhile. However, the hotel itself is amazing. The contrast between the facade of the building and the rooms itself is astonishing. The room is cozy (it is small but sufficient) and the toilet is clean. the "smart" toilet bowl is amazing. the staff are very nice and patient. Went slightly early with the intention to stash our luggages but they told us that our rooms were ready. once in, didnt want to go out anymore. The cocktails were amazing as well. it is not super ex so it is super worth. i will definitely go back again, and perhaps get a bigger room.

room was too small to even open my luggage up ! the toilet was very squeezy... there was a layer of dust on the sofa handles.

Stay in the business executive room top floor. What's Good: 1. This is one of the most interesting hotel I stayed in. I like the balcony, can suntan. the layout and design of the room is fabulous. In the morning, when sun shines in, the room is so beautiful. 2. I also like that the room has multiple international plugs, guest don't need to bring international plugs. Hotels all over should adopt this idea. 3. The staff at the counter service very good. Very helpful ladies. Areas for improvement: 1. The area near cabinet should install a light, at night I want to retrieve my clothes, I cant even see clearly. 2. I like that the toilet bowl has bidet. Too bad its not working. Please repair! Not very nice to rent our an unserviceable room. It's like when you paid $5 for an apple, the vendor gives you a partially rotten apple and expect you to accept it without discount. As a customer, what impression will you have of the vendor? 3. Roof top under repair. Early morning, I was woken up by heavy drilling and hammering. The hotel should be aware there is a guest staying right below. I have to call to ask them to stop. I understand repair needs to be done. Can arrange repairs on days when the 7th floor room is unoccupied? 4. I don't know if the room is infested with rats or ******* or if someone is staying above the 7th floor unit. In the middle of the night, 2-3am, heavy footsteps can be heard, you can hear the floor creek with each steps as if going to collapse! Thank you!

Good price for a hotel near to the train station. Walking distance to Yizhong night market. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Great sense of design, great plants deco. Room size is small but layout is great. Good choice of breakfast, simple but tasty.
