Staffs are friendly and helpful since day one, provided me alot of travel and food information, had a couple of nice chats and laughs with them. They have made arrangements to prepare a breakfast treat on the last day of my stay knowing I hadn’t had time to try a certain local dish. Do bring your own toiletries as the country advocates sustainability. There are complimentary snacks and beverages at the lobby. Really appreciate and recommend this place for accommodation when you are in Tainan. Like they say, if you haven’t been to Tainan (the oldest city on the island), you haven’t really been to Taiwan.

The hotel room was big and comfortable. Location was also convenient and near Tainan Train Station. Service was great too. Would highly recommend.

Great location which is 10 minutes walking distance from the train station, and it is also very close to the main bus stop. The hotel staff is very helpful as well.

The location of this hotel is perfect. All the major cultural sites and shopping malls are within walking distance. I highly recommend the guests to buy the locally brewed Tainan beers (in bottles) from the reception. It is going to be an unforgettable experience. These local Tainan beers have a wide range of tastes, and the texture of each one is bolder and better than the conventional Taiwan beer and the imported ones. The hotel also has a neat and cozy common area on the 8/F., and it is comfortable to relax there. I wish the hotel had its own restaurant, but one can always find cafes for breakfast nearby.

The staff very nice here, location is near Tainan station and this hotel is very private.

The room is clean and tidy, and the location is good. You can walk to Tainan Railway Station in 10 minutes

Just One km away from tainan train station, there are a lot of good food around this hotel. Service was really good. Absolutely loved our stay here 😄

很有文創藝術風格的旅店，房間大沒有異味，有一陣木質調味道但是清香的，燈光設計比較暗，可能是型做氣氛，房間內還有畫作，牆壁也是創作。 樓下交通算是便利，走路10分鐘到台南車站，周邊吃的也多

比較過很多間，這間的地理位置算是方便的，可以步行到台南火車站。房間的空間也很大，有很多地方可以擺放東西。工作人員也很好很熱情，每次在前台經過都會主動打招呼，下次還會選擇住這裡的。

服務人員很好，態度和藹親切。房間乾淨空間很大，但枕頭偏軟個人不太喜歡，早上起床肩膀很酸。廁所通風有點差，空調不足。旅店頂層及前台都有飲用水提供，整體來說是不錯。

房間很寬敞舒適，但缺點房間隔音很不好，房間位於五樓還能聽見外面車聲和隔壁洗澡、說話聲，服務人員需在訓練，checkin當天請我們出示全入住人員證件（2大2小）…有點傻眼，還好另一位同仁有出面說一位代表即可，服務態度都很親切，附近停車場很貴50元/hr(假日）
