FX HOTEL TAINAN recensioner

Very straight in check in and check out time. The room is not clean. Dust on closet door. Spider web at wall panel. Air conditioner is very noisy. I signed non smoking policy at check in time. Unfortunately, we were woke up by smoking smell consecutive nights at our stay. I called front desk and did nothing. Breakfast is lousy. It closes at 10am; and most of the dishes are empty. I am so disappointed.

Hotel is within walking distance to a traditional market as well as many eateries and snacks stalls. Great view from the room.

Convenient for us. Halloween hence it was a bit expensive but well, no choice. Thanks for everything.

Second stay at this hotel in 2024. Location is generally good for exploring of sights and with many good food options close by. My overall experience for this time was not as good as previously (before covid) though, with hotel amenities seemingly dated and lacking proper maintenance behind the surface. Staff were polite, though did not feel as warm or welcomed as previous. When I enquired about the bicycle loan that was listed on the hotel card issued to me during check-in, I was also told that the service was not available and I could rent a bicycle at the public kiosk instead (probably should not list or offer a service that the hotel does not intend to provide).

The entrance was a little awkward. The room and service were good. But in the presentation of their ad for ********* and Western breakfast. I added the breakfast because of that. It was nothing to do with Western cuisine at all.

Friendly staff, free laundry service, great location, tons of restaurants in the area.

Good location with a lot of eateries nearby as well as some tourists spots.

super love this stay although it is not of walking distance to the train stations however famous attrCtions are all nearby and easy to commute

The hotel lobby is located on the 8th floor. Best to put it in the description.

The family room was same as their mention that are sufficient enough for the whole family member to live in the room.

The room was of a decent size and the breakfast was ok, though there was a bit of dirt alongside the base of the walls of the room. There is a convenient button by the door to choose if you want the room to be cleaned so that is nice as well.

Spacious room. What was very positive was the laundry room. Nice breakfast. Cleanliness should be definitely on higher level (specially in bathroom).

Good location and easily accessible. Have to access to lobby at level 8. Rooms were big. Laundry available
