Pros: - huge selection for breakfast! Many with local flavours. Must experience to believe - hotel comes with outdoor swimming pool, indoor jacuzzi, steam room - centrally located. Nearby attractions include Tainan Art Museum, Shinkong Mitsukoshi Department Store, Hayashi Department Store - staff are very polite, proactive and helpful Cons: - no bottled waters provided. Flask provided to get drinking water from water dispensers located on room floor

Its atmosphere is nice and comforting with nice decoration spread through its walls it has nice and quick service with lovely staff waiting to assist u every second.

The location and facilities of the hotel properties are very good. In particular, the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner are excellent in terms of food and beverages choices.

Very clean and spacious hotel! Service provided by the staff were very good as well. Room was clean and tidy and amenities are provided at the reception area when you check in. The hotel is also walking distance from various food stalls and just right beside is a shopping mall. Very nice experience!

Excellent location, spacious room and friendly staffs. Within walking distance to all the attractions and famous dishes. Had high expectations for their buffet due to all the good reviews here. I tried both the breakfast and dinner buffets, but was quite disappointed with the dinner buffet. However, the breakfast buffet was quite nice overall.

Everything was good! Location was good and near family mart, shopping mall. Breakfast was also full of variety. Recommended!

awesome experience, clean environment and state of art gym n sauna, pool was closed during winter but still good. house keeping gifted local snacks during Valentines too which is nice surprise. definitely recommended.

The location is fairly good, the hotel itself is clean and new. The breakfast selection is huge too. Travel with my one year old, hotel provided crib and baby shampoo + lotion. However they do not provide sterilizer （消毒鍋）for baby bottles. Overall it was a good experience, staffs are all very friendly as well. Convenient store and mall are all within 5mins walking distance.

Pretty standard, a new building. A typical 4 stat hotel. Life was too slow and should reconfigure the button systems on each floor. The buttons should sync or something. Literally stopped at every floor.

The hotel is located at a good spot with many food around it. The staff were helpful and the facilities were good.

The men's sauna is very nice. We've tried the swimming pool and gym as well. The facilities are nicely maintained, totally worth the price. Upper level rooms do not have a bathtub, which is the only thing that we think is unfortunate during our stay, oh and the pillow service seems to be very limited, we started our night on Friday, but it was already rented out.
