Location is good and nx to the train station. Not much facility in the hotel but enough for the business trip

The Room is big, the view is awesome. Super convenient as its connected to departmental store which you can get food, shopping, drinks and everything you need. The hotel’s breakfast was really good, tried the steam bath, sauna and slept really well during the night. Worth it👍

It is my third or fourth time staying in this hotel. The room is very spacious and comfortable. This is the tallest building in town and should be the most luxurious hotel there. It is right next to the Tainan Rail Station and is super convenient. Staff service is great. There aren’t much changes since I last stayed here in 2014. Nonetheless it is a place worth staying in Tainan.

Stayed in the family room for a night. Hotel is slightly dated but it is still fairly well kept. Room is very spacious and comfortable. There is a large gym with a variety of machines. Breakfast buffet selection was decent.

Stayed here for 2 nights and was satisfied. The room is large , great location very near to the subway station, shopping mall just beside the hotel.

Great hotel, large room, next to mall with kids play park. Had a blast.

One of the best breakfast buffet in Taiwan! The staff members are very careful, the accommodation is very clean and the location is convenient next to Tainan Station.

Hotel is at a very good location and room is comfortable. Breakfast is fair and you can enjoy it.

A bit dated but big and nice. Our toilet got clogged on the first day but after flushing many times, it fixed itself. Breakfast was not bad, just don’t expect too much. Location was great, just a few mins walk from the train station. The hotel is also connected to a department store. One tip: avoid the coffee shop connected to the hotel ( it is a bakery/cafe). The lids of the coffee do not fit the coffee cup and will result in leaks. The cafe try to fix it with tape but that doesn’t work at all.

Very good and well kept

It was a pleasant stay for three nights and four days. The hotel was completely clean and the service attitude was good and polite. We usually choose Shangri-La Hotel when we travel internationally. We are also a member

Excellent 5-star hotel. Spacious room and good view from the room. only 3-min walk to the train station.

tho is a very old facility and typical old fashioned 5 star hotel, but very clean and well maintained. The bed quite soft , and the bathtub was really big. Can fit two of us at the same time. Location is quite near the train station but we took uber often so not really matter to us. Will visit again if come to Tainan next time.
