Unlucky this time to be staying at a floor they're doing an event with Lancome. Noisy throughout the day and awkward everytime I walk my the lift lobby. I mean why would you setup the event welcome desk at the center of the lift lobby? Why not at one of the sides? It was extremely uncomfortable being stared at everytime I leave and come back to my room. And not everyone likes Lancome and the lift lobby smelled full it it - suffering from headaches. Not that it would've made a difference with my stay, the front desk never shared that I will be staying at the same floor as the event, much less right adjacent to the event room! Was I supposed to just "understand" since the hotel needs to make money?

Convenient location. Ease access to streets food all over. Excellent overall in terms of the room size, service, and convenience.

The room is well decorated, spacious and clean. There are many local delicacy that are accessible by foot. Very convenient.

The hotel is very nice with amenities galore. the staff are quite attentive and very willing to assist your needs. The location is great as well within walking distance to many shops, art exibits, restraunts, and coffee shops. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast selection is huge with options for all.

good and comfortable as usual, the best choice when u come to Tainan. The service is awesome and friendly.

Stayed in the family room with 2 double bed. Sleep comfortably for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. Walking distance to many attraction nearby. Shopping mall is right beside the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside of the stay is the 4pm check in time.

The location is good and room is spacious; hotel staff is helpful; breakfast has variety choices.

Service was amazing, staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices are pretty good with letting you choose either a Western or Chinese style buffet breakfast. Room is clean and with a nice view of Tainan City (was on 12th floor).

Good stay as usual, very peaceful and calm. Mostly friendly staff.
