Grand Banyan Hotel recensioner

Very pleasant experience staying here for two night. Brand new hotel with clean amenities and welcoming staff. Great variety of breakfast with Taiwan local coffee beans available for choose. It’s gonna be my first choice to stay in Tainan in the future.

Very nice hotel and the room is extremely large and comfortable.

One of the best stays I had, if I could give 6 stars I would! Room was spacious, clean and new. Breakfast was amazing. Located near the TRA station too.

Decent hotel with not much facilities. Our room towels smelled and have dark stains. Not many restaurants nearby and quite street at night. However the breakfast and brunch spread is quite good 👍

Beautiful new hotel, centrally located.  Sleek design and decoration, but some failures, like the shower/bath room is badly designed.  The swimming pool on the rooftop has only 6 chairs to relax, then there is a big empty rooftop where you can burn under the sun.  It’s not usable, it’s a pity.

Service was very good, my request to stay an extra night in the same room was handled quickly without fuss. I would definitely stay again.

Grand Banyan Hotel provided an excellent room that was extremely spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bed was very soft and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and insulation was also very well-done where it was not too cold after getting out of the shower, the water pressure and temperature control is also very good. The check-in and check-out process was very simple and the staff are very professional, and well-spoken in both English and Mandarin. Due to the environmentally-friendly nature of Tainan, single-use toiletries are not provided, but can be purchased at the reception. There are also no bottled water provided, but a water jug is provided to obtain water from the dispenser in the common area. Overall, an extremely comfortable and safe stay at the Grand Banyan Hotel, would highly recommend to others and would book this hotel again.

Hotel itself including room, lobby everywhere was amazing. 100% satisfied. Breakfast was definitely the best i've ever experienced. However the swimming pool was not recommended, as it requires you to wear their swimming cap and only the cold water was allowed when the temperature was 13 degree. The sunbed waa super uncomfortable as well.

Great hotel with a lovely rooftop pool in an excellent location. Good value for money and friendly staff.

Location wise is perfect to see the central of Tainan city, as well as surrounded by lot of nice local foods.

The hotel service is exceptionally pleasant. All staff members are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean, within walking distance to the Tainan metro. Nearby, there are shopping malls and restaurants. I have sampled all the hotel restaurants, and the flavors are fantastic. It is the top hotel choice for booking in Tainan.
