Got to do the check in ourselves by kiosk everything is good, except the place is not prominent to find . Luckily there was a local resident to guide us to the hotel 🤭

I recently stayed , and overall, it was a great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and quick.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed, including [Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, air conditioning, etc.]. I especially appreciated [mention a standout feature—e.g., the beautiful view, spacious bathroom, complimentary breakfast].
The location was very convenient,If I had to point out one area for improvement.

My third time staying at this hotel: hassle free, self check in and out, walking distance to mrt and bus stop, moreover I love the toilet! It’s important for me haha!

There was no person working at the desk. Guests must sign in using a chinese kiosk; it read my passport . The air conditioning system was difficult to use and had dead batteries in the remote. Water was provided and everything else worked as expected. Fortunately a Chinese friend helped me check in.

If you have a car don’t book here . So hard to get in . If you come, which is a small backpack or a small luggage, then it’s fine. Middle of Shilin night market but because it’s middle so no car can get in from market started . Street is small surrounded by ppl, bikes and things / can’t get in anyway. make sure you contact hotel in advance to get the passcode. Otherwise, you will get stuck outside. The room I got was fine, but I’m not sure it will be the same every rooms.  has no window, but everything was new.

Everything is okay.But there is no receptionist.Called the hotel counter, no one answered the phone.Called many times.The hotel entrance has a code, it took a long time to call the staff to open the door.

No clear instructions how to check in even though I already advise the property that we will do late check in (they confirmed that they will arrange the late checkin for us). Not answering call thru the internet call from Trip.com. I had to ask for help from the CSR to communicate with them. No advise that its self check in. No instructions. We're so stressed in the middle of the street at 4am in the morning.
