Service is good , the staff are very nice. Location is good. But not much facilities as gym room etc.. Overall is good for me.

Room was clean and pillow was ok. Certain toiletries are provided upon request at the front desk. Check in and out were pretty smooth. Within walking distance to Taipei main station and even to Ximen. Nespresso machine available in the room with tea bags. No bottled water provided but water machine is available at each floor just outside the lift. Public buses are very accessible. Overall pretty good value for the money.

Very strict when comes with check in and check out time. Location quite convenient. There isn’t any toilet door but a curtain only.

Hotel is clean and staff is very helpful. However the toilet is very small and need walk awhile to the nearest mrt station.

Excellent location and service. Incredibly clean and very helpful receptionists at front desk. Comfortable beds. Good value for money. Toilet room is quiet small with limited space to move around which wasn’t a big issue but could potentially be for more mobility limited people.

洗手間臭味很重，晚上睡覺聽到下水道流水聲很大，洗手間和淋浴房的佈局不合理，拉了門簾就開不了淋浴房門，桌上插頭插不了三角，安裝的不人性化，晚上睡覺沒有專門的夜燈。

酒店位置不方便，距離捷運站大約10分鐘。而酒店大堂門口是要推／拉才可以開到，推著行李進出都非常不便。房間最基本的支裝水都沒有提供。早餐一般，選擇少。

很糟糕的住宿體驗！ 因滑到媒體的報導，索性下班後，去體驗開箱今年才新開的飯店！ 磁卡刷進房，赫然一行人在房裡，感覺是主管帶人參觀，我已pm8:00後check in,還會遇到這樣未準備好的情況，隨後的應變、公司的sop更令人傻眼🙄，為了致歉，要補償讓我延後退房，我隔天要上班，am8:00就需要離開，然後又說還是需要給您什麼補償！問我？傻眼至極！後來提出日後來用餐說明此次狀況就會給予折扣？？？？？？好心情全沒了⋯⋯ 早上8:00退房，櫃檯給予一張名片，上面手寫日後住宿給予升等！真是⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 這是四星等級飯店的服務及應變能力？失望不悅極了，更壞了我週四上班的好心情！誰還會再次光臨呢？
