We had a pleasant stay at this self-check-in hotel. We booked a room for three people, and it was clean, including the bathroom. The comforters and towels provided were also fresh and tidy. The room had a heater, which was a nice touch, and the water pressure in the shower was good. However, there was no bidet, which may be a consideration for some guests.
The check-in process is automated through a machine where you enter your booking number, and it validates your reservation before issuing a key card for your room. We encountered a minor issue during check-in (which starts at 4 PM, with check-out at 11 AM), but there is a landline to contact the hotel owner. However, due to the language barrier, it’s important to listen carefully when communicating.
There is no staff on-site, but the lounge area is well-equipped with a water dispenser, coffee, tea, a table, and a microwave, which adds to the convenience. Since we arrived early at 7 AM, we left our luggage in the lounge near the reception area. The entrance to the hotel is secured with a pin code, adding an extra layer of security.
Although the hotel description mentions that the walls are thin, we didn’t hear any noise during our stay. The area was quiet, making it easy to rest.
The hotel's location is also great—just a 5-minute walk to the night market and close to 7-Eleven and other stores. Overall, it’s a good option for those looking for a clean and convenient stay with self-service amenities.
