Stayed here for a one night transit. The room was great, service was great, the reception at the lobby was friendly. Very good.

Service not all also if com pair the price to pay so if don’t want to walk call Uber that fine

Nice hotel itself and very convenient location! However, sound insulation is not very good and lots of late in and out customers! Therefore, all these interrupt the sleeping!

No frills hotel. A bit old. Staff wasn't the most friendly. But you get what you pay for. Decent room, no issues with anything, decent location. Nice bath, good water pressure.

Unfortunately this hotel is right next to two stacked roads. The front of hotel is noisy during day until 9 pm I estimate (see picture). I asked for room on the other side of hotel (away from roads) which was granted, but I was given only remaining room on first floor which was only 15 feet from lobby and check in counter! This was not going to work as I have zoom meetings with USA several times in day and can't risk loud lobby guests or check-ins to be overheard during zoom calls. I asked manager for cancellation and they agreed but I need pay one day penalty. I applied for cancellation on Trip.com and yet hotel refused cancellation!! I called hotel front desk next morning and they told me in long winded repetitive sentences that I had to call Trip to ensure they get their money! I was really frustrated with this inefficiency and change of agreement and attitude. I got Trip involved and had frustrating exchange with front counter upon leaving. In all the room is clean and fine the geographical location is convenient, the Wi-Fi is slow at 16 Mbps if I recall and I sense that much is "over promise and under deliver". Just my view. Hope it helps others.

Hotel location is quite but it is easy to access to subway and shopping area.

The walk from the MRT to the hotel takes around 10 minutes, but the location is still ok. The price of the room was acceptable and the staff were friendly. The bathrooms were quite modern.

The location was convenient, and the staff were kind. The room was clean and nice.

I am surprised by the facilities in my room, although I did not have enough time to use (also because of the very cold weather). The price is value for money. MRT stations and Taipei Underground mall is within walking distance.

I stayed for 4 nights in calm. Room incruding water washing bathroom is very clean! Nice cost performance.

This hotel is 15 minutes away from the subway station, a bit far, but the price is good, the room is clean, especially its bathroom is super big like a 5-star hotel, I like it very much. Will come again in the future
