Dandy Hotel (Daan Park) recensioner

The hotel location was perfect, next to the Daan park and a metro station. Despite the fact that we know about the renovation works, the bedroom wasn’t what we expected. It was small. The mastress was literally on the floor. There was no bed structure. I had a little desk for working but it was uncomfortable. There is no free space to store our things. The bedroom’s disposition isn’t the best.

The room is well sized and bathroom is big. Facilities are kept in good condition. The bed is comfortable and they provide snacks for the guests in the room which adds a nice touch. The hotel is like 10 metres away from one of the train exits Daan Park station which is convenient. The staffs are also helpful and polite, makes my stay a memorable one.

Great hotel very conveniently located at exit 1 of Daan Park station. The free breakfast was great as we used it everyday. If we have the chance to go to Taiwan again, we would definitely book this hotel again!

Excellent service! Friendly staffs, I’ve got upgraded to a bigger room. The rooms were very clean. Fast check-in and check-out. The hotel provided free snacks in the room and at the lobby.  Next to the metro station. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants.  Overall I had a great experience.

The best location in Taipei, easy access to MTR station. There is a park just opposite is good for morning walk and exercise

Free snacks and free self laundry service much appreciated. Need to queue for drying clothes though.

Good location right next to Exit 1 of Daan Park MRT station (but only stairs for this exit). 7-11 is next to hotel and there is Subway and a breakfast stall opposite. Quiet area at night, can take 1 stop MRT to Dongmen to visit Yongkang Street (Exit 5) for food and tourist stuff. Located opposite Daan Forest park so good for families with young kids to play. Room is clean and bedding is comfortable. Room is equipped with air purifier and an extra hair dryer. Bathtub stopper does not work well. Will be good to have additional shelving for clothing as there is limited wardrobe space for 3 pax. Hotel provides free snacks at lobby and instant noodles at night. Hotel breakfast is not bad selection but taste so-so. Nice to have sugar-free soya and peanut rice milk served at breakfast. Room has free snacks and drinks too. Overall a good 3-star hotel with convenient location.

Very convenient location, Daan Station just outside the hotel. Opposite Daan Park and close proximity to Yong Kang area.

I'm in love with this hotel. The location is amazing and mrt is literally outside the hotel. The service was impeccable. The room is basic but clean and tidy. The bedding very comfortable. It's a great value for money !!! Btw breakfast was great too!

Always our first choice when in taipei, good room! Will book again

Room was a little cramp but had a table where you could do some work. Hotel was accessible with good food nearby. Nice bathtub. Decent snacks though the cup noodles run out fast.

It was really good hotel to stay because it's right next Daan Park subway.

My second time staying here, I didn't mind paying a little extra to stay here again. The room is cozy, the hotel is conveniently located next to a metro station, is close to most major tourist sites as well as some nice bars and restaurants, plus there's a 7-11 right down stairs. I'll probably stay here again on my next visit.
