Hotel Relax I recensioner

Room is huge. very close to Taipei Main Station. Just exit from Z4 and you will see McDonalds. The hotel is above it.

• Less than 5-min walk from Taipei Main Station Exit Z4 • Near to a lot of shops and eateries! Including the well-known and delicious halal Chinese restaurant (Chang’s Beef Noodle: just about 7-min walk) • Available water dispenser (you can refill your water bottle anytime) • Available washing machine (need to pay NT$50 using NT$10 coin x5) but they gave the detergent for free • Available dryer (also need to pay NT$50 using NT$10 coin x5) • Got free upgrade to a bigger room! Thank you! (Probably because we stayed there for 5 nights)

+: The staff were great! Kudos to them for making the whole experience really smooth. The hotel itself is in the prime area - great for food and transportation. Oh, last but not least, the toilet seat is awesome! What can improve: the hotel would get a straight A if there was no mold in the bathroom.

Good location The room has no window and the air con is a bit small Overall a good place to stay

2nd time staying at this hotel. Comfort king size bed, spacious room, perfect location in Taipei. The staffs friendly and helpful. Must try!

With the location, although not eaay nor difficult to find using Z4 exit. Trip.com.should indicate venue is at Level 11 plus building name. The room size reasonably for 2 person with Double bed. Staff is frenddly except one skinny lady. As rush back from.last mins grab Taiwan 手礼， request grace 5 to 10 mins to pack in luggage, only to told off, charge NT300.

The hotel has a great location (5 stars) and clean facilities (4 stars). Service is decent but could improve (3.5 stars). However, the WiFi is disappointing, with speeds under 5mb, which was frustrating during our stay. Everything else was fine, but the poor internet was a letdown. 👎

Weird noice and the security can improve. But the transportation really add points

Very nice location, the hotel located close to the Taipei Main Station. Triple room was so spacious. Bedding was nice.Staff were so polite and attentive. It’s worth staying

Managed to check in and early. Received some free gifts. Some free snacks in the roon

The hotel location is very strategic. Very near to Taipei main station. Easy to go around. The only bad side, the noise from street clearly can hear in room. Wifi is not strong enough. Near to many eatery.

Nice locations with many within walking locations that good for all travellers

Location was great, very near the airport MRT. but room was basic.

Super upset with the front desk reception attitude when he called n i asked for 5-10 minutes more he said 300twd will be charged if i didn't check out within 5 minutes . With the charge it's only to grant another 15 minutes more . And he said it's system automated so he cannot do a thing about it . Hence , i rushed to the reception disheveled n wearing slippers to match the time ( the process took time cos lift was super slow stop at every floor n got to go to 1st before coming up to 10th floor to take me to 11th where recept is ) . Upon reaching , he said he got to charge 300 cos I'm 1-2 minutes late . All this while raising his voice at me from over the phone and throughout the time at the reception. Later he said he would waive off when I got upset with his attitude, I asked why he couldn't have grant the extra 5 minutes so I can get dressed n wear my shoes properly instead? If it's within his authority to waive off , why make a customer rushed over 5 minutes??? This is not good customer service . 5 minutes is not a lot to ask for when some hotels even offered 1-2 hours extension. I would really appreciate another 5 minutes to blow my hair n wear my shoes . And still with that , again he was still talking in a loud tone . He was just causing a customer to be reactive n had to raise voice to talk to him n even asked me what was it i wanted now that he waived off . I asked for official receipt which he said he couldn't give n when i told him his attitude was what irritated me . He pretended to bow but the tone was still bad . There was no sincerity in his apology at all . The reception the night before was ok , patient when the door lock got issue . But the rest like the switches couldn't charge , the mouldy floor in the bath n shower's blind . Totally won't recommend this . I hope the superiors would see this review . Cos I couldn't get anybody superior other than that receptionist n it left a very bad experience.
