Absolutely perfect in every sense. The rooms are well appointed, luxurious and spotless with the best air conditioning system and the biggest bathtub and bathrooms. The mini fridge and snacks are complementary and replenished everyday. The breakfast team is great and remembers where we like to sit. The staff are super polite and eager to help. Eslite stay as you are and don’t change. You have stolen my heart and I will yearn to return next time I visit Taipei.

The eslite group never disappoints. Quiet coffee, working plus reading area is just inside the entrance. The reception staff are friendly and professionally trained. The room is clean, nicely decorated and all sockets are conveninetly designed- unlike the highly rated Alisahn hotel that we just stayed, but decided to leave earlier due to the unpleasant experience. Since it is the Chinese New Year period, the entrance and lobby were decorated with red flowers, full of festive spirits. Will be back again

Great location where the city centre is just a short walk away but its surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. Front desk staff and housekeeping is generally very good but service is inconsistent when you interact with other teams.

I like the surrounding areas. Very artistic. Rooms quite noisy as very close to flyovers.

Location is the best choice for me, nearby to Taipei office. this is suitable for business travelers in the heart of CBD.

Pros: 1. Large & spacious room and bathroom. 2. A plus if you get view with 101 without being blocked. 3. Breakfast offerings!! Wow. 4. Very friendly service. Cons: 1. Lack of outlets, which always odd for a hotel room. We requested extensions. 2. Slightly further from major shopping spots, yet I think that's why we can get a more spacious room. I would still choose this over something smaller by 101. Overall we loved our stay.

Amazingly calm vibes with simple, neutral, warm and woody decor. Perfectly located hotel for relaxation with a green park and creative hub just outside, and a bit of a distance, but close enough to walk to the xinyi shopping district.  Lobby is great for just reading, catch ups and even lo-fi business discussions,  Room with Park and Taipei 101 view is lovely.  Bathtub is perfectly sized and bath salts are provided.  The complimentary cakes/snacks, mini bar and amenities are all top notch quality.  I would come to Taipei just to stay at the Eslite hotel for a rejuvenating vacay.

The things that can be improved include a. Service at the restaurant can be quite hostile and when asked for a spoon, the staff asked us to take it from the buffet line instead. b. The location hardly has any taxi and you need to talk abit before you reach the main road to reach more taxis. c. The bathroom did not provide bath salt but this is trivial matter. Other than that, I must say it is a pleasant stay and recept service is commendable.

South facing rooms have great views on CBD. Staff very friendly and helpful

The hotel is situated near the Taipei Dome but not close to the metro station. We stayed on the 13/F and there was some strange noise from the window at night. I woke up at 3am and asked the concierge to check. They came promptly but couldn’t resolve the issue. It’s probably due to the design of the window.
