Good location with a nice view , great service, friendly staffs

The hotel was very full the day we arrived, but as Marriott members we were still able to get checked in early. Staff were mostly helpful and very polite. Hotel’s breakfast Buffet was a bit pricey for our budget. Location is good with Miramar mall nearby but it doesn’t open until 11am. So we had “breakfast” at the 7-11. Metro station Jiannan (剑南路站）is 8 min (0.4 mi) walk away. Close to Songshan airport for local flights.

Fine and business type hotel, nice service and neat room everyday. Highly recommend for travel family and business trip purposes.

the hotel is a bit packed, compared to other worldwide Marriott. But, I love the hotel and gym, really nice with good views, especially the staff service, 6 star, very helpful and caring

Nice hotel good location

Can view ferry wheel, if stay high floor also able view 101 tower. At zhongshan district, nearby gt mall. As per usual Marriot group standard for room & services.

Hotel location is bit far from the downtown, but it was convenient for the business conference that I attended for the trip. Additionally, it was closer to the National Palace Museum, that I wanted to visit. Overall, location is clean, convenient and quiet. The service is fine, some of the hotel employees don't speak English, but they will find a way around by bringing someone who speaks in English. The only downside would be canceling the deposit on the room, which locks some amount of money from my account for few days, even after checking out and make sure everything is fine with their frontdesk.

Everything was perfect except the toiletries I did not realise I need to pay for toothbrush and comb Only downside

Thus the room has noise in the night due to plumbing issues, the team assisted to change our room to a higher floor area immediately. Thanks for the cleanliness and attention as always.

There is some smell in the bathroom of my room. The staff are very good, they act fast to spray the drain hole to eliminate the smell.

Everything is pretty good. If you drive there, need to be sensed about the every time out of the hotel, because hotel will wave the total parking fee but need to drive out the parking lot in 15 minutes. The parking elevator is different location. If hotel could have 30 minutes for guests to exit the parking area, it will be great.

We enjoy staying at Taipei Marriott Hotel. The kids like swimming while I also had a spa treatment on the sky19.
