Poshpacker Hotel recensioner

The location is nice, in between Taipei main station and Ximen Station. Facilities are clean and the staff are welcoming. Having a Japanese style Toilet is a plus for this hotel.

It was a good stay at Poshpacker Hotel. As a solo traveler, I found their single room with a shared bathroom to be the most affordable option in Taipei, offering good privacy. The hotel is close to both the Taipei Main Station and the Ximen area, offering an excellent accessibility to the city. The staff at the reception were polite and helpful. The room was clean and had enough space to open a small suitcase on the floor. Towels and bottled water were provided. The shared bathroom was regularly cleaned, and essentials such as hair dryers, cotton swabs, shampoo, and shower gel were available. A couple of side notes: It was a bit inconvenient to keep your belongings (like dry clothes) inside the shower room, so you need to place them on the shelf outside. Also, the toilet cubicles were quite narrow, making it easy to bump into the walls and doors. However, I understand there may not be much that can be done to improve this.

Enjoyed my stay at Poshpacker. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room (albeit small) was clean, and the aircon worked well. The shower was also clean and equipped with necessities (including hairdryer). Location was great, walking distance to Taipei Main Station and bus stops. Will book again when back in Taipei!

Very helpful front office staff. The location is great and easy to access to public transports. Rooms facing the main road is very noisy at night. If you are a light sleeper , you may find difficulty to have a good night sleep.

Hotel staff is very good, good location, the room is clean with a little bit dust, there is laundry area at the rooftop, basement is resting area and luggage storage. The hotel is very safety, must use keycard almost every door.

The room is so tiny but it's enough for a solo traveler. You barely can open your luggage (22 inch) but I think you get what you pay for. The staff at the reception did his job and that's it. I didn't feel very welcomed. The only thing I'd mention is they located my room on the guys floor so I had to take the lift to the toilet and it was a bit annoying. Overall, I'd recommend this place if you want privacy for a little price.

Overall great experience. Good location and very clean and cozy. The rooms are not very soundproof even with earplugs on.

Very nice hotel, room clean and tidy, confy bed. The hotel is very near by the airport and has a shuttle to take you to both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. There are vending machines on every floor for hot and cold drinks and for snacks. Breakfast was good with many hot and cold options, sweet and savoury

I had a great experience staying here. The design is very similar to the place I stayed at in Japan. The room is small, but it was just right for me as a solo traveler. However, the electricity did cut out unexpectedly a couple of times during my stay. The staff were helpful and spoke fluent English. The location is only a few blocks away from Ximending and about a 10-minute walk to Taipei Main Station. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Recommended for sole traveler as a convenience stay. Easy to find the location and ease of choices for food.
