Beautiful environment. Room decoration was good and big space. Breakfast time, lots of food varieties, and high quality. Very good room services, since standard pillows are very soft. Request for harder pillows and hotel immediately replaced harder ones with neck curvature, which allowed best sleeping experience. Spa area good hygiene and comfortable. Spa provides 3 different temperature pools, allowing various choices of spa experience. Convenient transport to different areas in Taipei. Strong advice to friends to choose the same hotel during the journey in Taipei.

It is wonderful trip and I’m appreciate that I got free upgrade to two queen bed room. The balcony was very big where i can see the pool. The pool was nice and big. The water was warn it was suitable for swimming in the winter.

This hotel was simple amazing and I think the highlight was the bathroom as it had a nice bathtub and the most sophisticated shower system that I’ve seen at a hotel. It was simple so amazing to be able to stay here . The staff were super helpful and very nice

excellent stay. spacious clean room with good service throughout checkin and conceirge and restaurant staff. i am coming back to stay in this great hotel again in 10 days time and even left my medicine there in storage as a testimony to my trust in their good service

Wonderful hotel and service! We appreciated the complimentary mini bar and warm welcome! Too bad they didn't accept our Taiwan Land of Luck vouchers at the restaurant and that the spa was Japanese style (full naked and divided by gender) as we don't feel comfortable in this setting, so we didn't take advantage of it.

Amazing stay. Hotel is new with beautiful rooms, service is impeccable. Rooms are shaped to give a cosy and secluded feel. Highly highly recommend!

This is one of the nicest and most luxurious properties in Neihu. The staff is always waiting and ready to help. For me, the lack of English speakers on staff is a small touch when it comes to request. It seems like most people at the hotel are there to eat as the line for the restaurants is always out the door. The facilities are also a plus with big playroom for the kids, pool with a big tv behind it, and a well equipped gym. The rooms are very spacious and well thought out. The bedding on the other hand is one thing that really bothers me, but that's more of a personal preference (haven't had a great night's sleep the two times I've stayed). Also the 4pm check in/11am checkout is definitely a minus compared to the standard 3pm/noon checkout.

Overall is good! The room is spacious and comfortable! Unfortunately the breakfast is not that amazed, not much choices

Was having an online meeting at the room and request for late check out at 1pm but rejected therefore I have to check out at 11 to go airport for the meeting. I can’t stay here where the hotel is not full when checked w the cashier and yet refuse to extend a 1hr goodwill there such hotel shouldn’t be rated as 5 star as I havn’t been reject for an hr more late check out

Grand hotel with very nice room, stayed in a double queen suite for the family and enjoy every bit of it. Will definitely return the next time we are in Taipei.
