The staffs at this hotel are very friendly and helpful even when they do provide self service checkin. The location quite close to the MRT red line and I really enjoyed the 101 view room type.

The hotel location is great, close to Taipei 101 and many other shopping mall. Transport is also convenient, close to the metro stations. The bed is large enough for 1 person solo Traveller. However, it is a bit noisy with the road traffic.

Location: Hotel was very near to the iconic taipei 101 building, just step out from the hotel and u can see it already. It’s also nearby 2 MRT (xinyi anhe and taipei 101), across the street is the louisa cafe which is very cheap in price and the ambiance is good as well. 7/11 and family mart also is nearby. Also, hotel is beside the main street so in the morning u will def wake up because of the car noises outside. Cleanliness: Some area are dusty, never clean to well. You have to request for clean up so they would clean the room. One time, we asked for the room to be clean but they only replaced the towels and water bottles, empty the trash but never even sweep the floor!! 👎👎👎

Booked 3 separate bookings for 8 nights stay because different room category availability. Requested for hotel to arrange same room, even downgrade our category also we are okay. We just want to avoid the inconvenience to change rooms. Must check in using kiosk and no room options given, we are forced to check in and check out few times in one trip. No housekeeping provided if you don’t put the ‘clean room’ card. No disposable amenities provided. Only one thing good is the location, near to Taipei 101.

The location is very good. Five minutes walk from the MRT station. room size is very small even for two persons, no wardrobe, only provides two clothe hangers. Not value for money choice.

Excellent location, clean rooms. Room size is small but adequate condition for resting as business travelers.

They start check in at 4pm , it very late compared to every other hotel. But the location is the best .

Hotel was convenient walking distance from taipei 101 mrt. Around the hotel accessible to our trekking place. The hotel area have alot of small eatery n morning market. Hotel was clean price reasonable.

Room was much, much smaller than the pictures. I didn't understand how cleaning of room worked, if we needed to request it in advance? Also, self check in desk is not intuitive AT ALL. Especially if you do not speak Chinese. We couldn't make it without receptionist help. So what's the point of having self check in kiosks? Receptionist was very kind, but English not good enough for us to understand each other properly. Breakfast was below average. You need to go to a local cafeteria (external, although few minutes walking). Selection of items you can chose from is very very limited (like 4 or 5 sandwitches) that cannot cater for diet restritions of any sort. Also, service is excruciatingly slow.
